Freshii Leadership

Mr. M. Corrin founded Freshii in 2005 and has served as our Chief Executive Officer and as our Chairman since December 2012. We believe that Mr. M. Corrin’s role as our founder and his intimate knowledge of our operations and culture qualifies him to serve as Chairman of our Board. Mr. M. Corrin is a recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award, Canada's Top 40 under 40, Inc. Magazine's Top 30 under 30, and Canadian Association of Foodservice Professionals Restauranteur of the Year. Mr. M. Corrin holds a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario.

Adam Corrin is a Chief Operating Officer at FRESHII and Board Member at FRESHII. He attended Colgate University.

Dan Haroun is a Chief Financial Officer at FRESHII.

Paul joined Freshii in May 2017 and is our Chief Business Development Officer and General Counsel. Before joining Freshii, Paul spent four years as Canadian counsel to Moody’s and four years as a commercial litigator at international corporate law firm, Baker & McKenzie. Paul holds a J.D. from Queen’s University and attended Dalhousie University for his Bachelor of Commerce, with a major in finance.
