Qualifications
Two to five years working knowledge of fundraising principles, donor stewardship best practices, and moves management. Understanding of prospect research methods, including basic wealth screening, affinity analysis, and data interpretation. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create professional, donor-centered correspondence and reports. Proficiency in donor database/CRM systems and reporting tools; ability to enter, retrieve, analyze, and interpret data accurately. Experience working in a higher education environment.
Bachelor's degree is required.
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills are necessary. Analytical skills to evaluate donor data, identify trends, and support strategic outreach efforts.
