Free meals after you prepare them and they have company cars vs using your own for appts.
Pay, HR is awful and all former DSP's that now are monsters bc they have a title. CEO doesn't care at all, Nurses are contracted and only available basically 8 to 4pm Mon~Friday! You will be doing things LPN & RNS do for like $15.00 an hour. Constant Certified Investigations where you can be transferred or fired immediately.
The individuals are the ONLY thing rewarding at Friendship Community.
Working with the residents.
Management plays favorites. 2 favorites (all happen to be white) dropped a resident. The resident needed surgery on the leg. No repercussions for this both are still on their phones 95 percent of the shift. The employees who are actually working are constantly being harassed over trivial matters are made into big issues. God forbid your not a Christian. Sue the nurse will harass you everyday and nake comments like your a baby killer if you believe in abortion. She will harassed you if you get the vaccine and will tell you you have been injected with parts of an aborted fetus that's in the vaccine and you are a terrible person. Gayle Good doesn't seem to like people who aren't 100 percent white due to her negative comments about people of color. Maybe that is why we keep getting harassed. I'm sure if I would have dropped a resident I would have been fired.
