Head of Brand Design
Eve.Legal 3.8
San Mateo, CA jobs
At Eve然而we're redefining what's possible in legal technology. Our mission is to empower plaintiff law firms with AI-driven solutions that elevate how they operate, serve clients, and grow.
We believe the future of law will be built by “AI‑Native Law Firms” - firms that are managed, scaled, and optimized by intelligent systems rather than manual processes and endless administrative work. Eve's technology augments the capabilities of attorneys across every stage of a case - from intake and document review to strategy and settlement - so they can focus on what truly matters: achieving the best outcomes for their clients.
Our vision is simple yet transformative: enable every firm to operate at its highest potential through the power of AI.
Why Join Eve:
Product‑market fit: Eve is used by over 550+ law firms, and we're growing fast.
Backed by top investors: We've raised over $160M from world‑class partners including Spark Capital, Andreessen Horowitz (A16z), Menlo Ventures, and Lightspeed.
Built by a world‑class team: Engineers, designers, and operators from places like Scale, Meta, Airbnb, Cruise, Square, Rubrik, and Lyft are building Eve from the ground up.
AI‑Native from day one: We're on the bleeding edge of AI, collaborating directly with teams at OpenAI and Anthropic to build best‑in‑class AI workflows tailored for legal work.
Explosive growth: We are growing 2X revenue Quarter over Quarter.
About the Role
We're looking for a Head of Brand Design to own and evolve Eve's visual identity system. This is not a traditional creative director role focused on campaigns and advertising. You'll build the design infrastructure that makes Eve's brand unmistakable - from foundational systems to the details that make every touchpoint feel intentional.
You'll lead a small team of designers and creatives and partner closely with marketing, product, and leadership to translate our positioning into a cohesive visual language. The ideal candidate is a systems‑thinker who obsesses over craft, builds scalable frameworks, and can execute hands‑on when needed.
What You'll Do
Own the visual identity system: Define and maintain Eve's design language - typography, color, imagery, iconography, motion principles - ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.
Build scalable brand infrastructure: Create component libraries, templates, and guidelines that empower teams to produce on‑brand work without bottlenecks.
Lead brand design execution: Oversee design for web, product marketing, events, video, print, and environmental experiences - from concept through production.
Elevate craft across the organization: Set the bar for visual quality. Establish design reviews, feedback processes, and quality standards that raise the floor for all creative output.
Partner cross‑functionally: Collaborate with Product Design on brand‑product alignment, with Marketing on campaign visuals, and with leadership on strategic brand evolution.
Build and lead the team: Hire, mentor, and develop brand designers. Create an environment where high‑quality work ships fast.
What We're Looking For
8+ years in brand design, visual design, or design systems - with 3+ years leading teams. Agency + in‑house experience is ideal.
A portfolio that demonstrates systems thinking: We want to see visual identity systems you've built or evolved, not just campaign work. Show us how you create frameworks that scale.
Deep craft in typography, layout, color, and composition: You have strong opinions about kerning and grid systems. Details matter to you.
Fluency in Figma: You build organized, scalable files. Experience with design tokens, component libraries, and hand‑off workflows.
Experience with web and digital brand expression: You understand responsive design, motion principles, cliffe brand translates to interactive отече experiences.
Comfort with ambiguity and speed: You thrive in fast‑moving environments where you're building the plane while flying it.
AI‑native mindset: You use AI tools in your workflow and are excited about how they're changing creative work.
How to Apply
Please include a portfolio that shows visual identity systems, brand guidelines, or design infrastructure you've built. We're less interested in one‑off campaign work and more interested in how you create scalable frameworks.'ind>

Design Director
Accenture 4.7
Los Angeles, CA jobs
Who we are:
Work & Co, part of Accenture Song, is a global design and technology company with offices in the United States, Europe, and Latin America. We're known for uniting the industry's best hands-on strategy, product and technical talent to generate tangible impact at scale. Client partners include IKEA, Apple, PGA TOUR, Gatorade, Google, Mercedes, Givenchy, the MTA and more. As Fast Company noted, our engineering and design teams are routinely entrusted with creating digital products for companies which rarely approach outside firms. Forrester Research calls our approach "a model to follow."
We look for Design Directors who see no boundaries between form and function, and who think the feel of a product should come more from how it works than how it looks. We believe designers are basically strategists who express strategy through design.
Creating digital products is a team game. Our methodology emphasizes intense collaboration, early prototyping and testing, and so many iterations you'll lose count. Design Directors work closely with Product Managers, Strategists, and Developers to create digital products and services that reshape industries while mentoring others in the Work & Co Design team. Our Partners are hands on and you'll work directly with them - no middle management here.
What You Will Do:
* Stay 100% focused on making great digital products--that's all we care about.
* Work iteratively on initial concepts, prototypes, and detailed designs informed by user research, marketplace and behavior trends, and your best ideas.
* Participate in a hands-on manner through all product phases, from strategy to launch to optimization (this job is not just about making wireframes or participating in one phase).
Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
* Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating digital product design
Preferred Qualifications:
* Proven ability to propose creative concepts during initial project phases and the ability to deliver on those ideas and the ideas of others through detailed design.
* Proven ability to solve complex UX problems and the product strategy skills to deliver best-in-class visual design solutions
* Ability to uncover and utilize business truths and user behaviors that help define a great product
* Demonstrated ability to synthesize and present your work
* Experience working in a highly iterative, collaborative environment where people share work daily
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
* Familiarity with prototyping tools
