The Tiger Analytics looking for as experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) specialist to provide support during our migration from SAS to Dataiku. This role requires mandatory three days onsite. The consultant will partner with our Platform, Analytics, and Business teams to assess readiness, guide stakeholders, support adoption activities, and ensure a smooth transition to the new platform. Job Duties: Enable end-users and stakeholders to understand the shift from SAS to Dataiku. Facilitate alignment on new workflows, roles, and responsibilities. Create re-usable usage patterns, best practices and document platform guidelines on appropriate use cases that are supported. Produce executive level communications to address / provide readouts of concerns. Accelerate user adoption through targeted communication, engagement, and training support. Identify change risks and propose mitigation strategies. Conduct onsite interviews and small-group sessions with key stakeholders (analytics teams, managers, SMEs). Document current-state pain points, SAS usage patterns, and transition concerns. Assess change readiness and identify user segments requiring tailored support. Review the overall migration plan and validate OCM alignment with technical milestones. 8-10 years experience supporting analytics or data platform migrations (SAS, Dataiku preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills to present Platform status and issues to leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder-management. Passionate and goal-oriented team member who is an active collaborator; with very good listening skills who can partner with users. Ability to translate technical changes into user-impact messaging. Familiarity with agile or iterative delivery environments. Significant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
