What you'll do as a Warehouse Counter:
* Conduct daily location cycle counts and daily local purchase counts.
* Perform daily damage reporting and data sheet entry.
* Perform critical counts/shorts and warehouse out of stocks.
* Compile and submit daily out of stock/ship confirmation reports.
* Verify bill of lading and receiving quantity.

At VE Solutions, we're looking for a Billing - Customer Service Clerk to be the backbone of our Electronic Repair Department (ERD). In this role, you'll keep things moving smoothly by handling a high volume of data entry, sales orders, billing, invoicing, customer service, and inventory documentation-all while being part of a team that feels more like family.
Requirements
What You'll Be Doing
Prepare sales orders, packing lists, and invoicing for the ERD (60%)
Process customer sales orders and invoices quickly and accurately
Enter, review, and verify large amounts of data daily
Assist in verifying workload, inventory, and employee accuracy
Create weekly service orders for all VE Direct Service Routes
Prepare service orders for walk-in and shipping program customers
Answer phones and respond to customer emails in a timely, professional manner
Inventory management and barcoding (20%)
Manage documentation for inventory control
Assist in generating barcodes for all ERD parts and finished goods
General department data entry & support (15%)
Perform consistent and accurate data entry for ERD operations
Handle documentation used to control new and used inventory
Assist with related administrative tasks
Other duties (5%)
Support your teammates and jump in wherever needed

Greet customers promptly with a friendly and sincere welcome. Use a clear speaking voice, listen to understand requests, respond with appropriate action and provide accurate information such as hotel amenities and local attractions
Verify and imprint credit cards for authorization using electronic acceptance methods. Handle cash, make change and balance an assigned house bank. Accept and record vouchers and other forms of payment. Perform accurate, moderately complex arithmetic functions using a calculator. Post charges to guest rooms and house accounts using the computer
Complete registration process by inputting and retrieving information from the computer system, confirming information including number of guests and room rate. Promote all marketing programs. Make appropriate selection of rooms based on guest needs. Code electronic keys. Non-verbally confirm the room number and rate. Provide welcome folders containing room keys, certificates, coupons and area's attractions
Promptly answer the telephone using a clear speaking voice. Answer telephone with the hotel's scripted greeting. Input messages into the computer and retrieve messages and communicate the content to the guest. Retrieve mail, small packages and facsimiles for customers as requested. Ensure all guest correspondences are kept confidential
Close guest accounts at time of check out and inquire guest of satisfaction. In the event of dissatisfaction, contact management immediately
Resolve issues such as location changes, providing additional room amenities and credit issues
Record guest comments or complaints by listening and offering assistance in order to resolve any problems such as price conflicts, insufficient heating/cooling, etc.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

The Parts Counter Person is knowledgeable about automotive parts and accessories and can accurately answer questions and satisfy customer requirements in person or on the phone.
