Compensation

$14 to $15 Hourly

Stretch Zone Chapel Hill and Apex locations are seeking a Studio Administrative Assistant to become part of our dynamic team! In addition to providing overall support to our business needs, you will help manage the operations of the studios and undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. The broad objectives for this position are twofold: 1) make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises so as to contribute to an overall great experience with our business, and 2) deliver proactive support to the Studio Owner, Regional and/or General Managers to enable our studios to operate efficiently. Our ideal candidate will effectively deliver superior client service, have a friendly outgoing personality, be perceptive and responsive to internal support. Competence in dealing with complaints and giving information as well as a customer-oriented approach are essential.

Responsibilities*

Responsibilities

* Responsible for answering multiple incoming phone lines expediently and professionally.
* Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly
* Greet customers and guest in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.
* Maintains office supplies by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

Education: High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.

Experience:Customer service experience required, multiple phone line experience, and PC/software experience. Knowledge of trucking industry beneficial but not required. Marketing experience preferred but not required.

Skills: Must be professional and have excellent phone etiquette. Must be customer service driven. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access). Ability to prioritize and multi-task. The ideal candidate must be energetic, professional and safety minded at all times. Excellent communication both verbal and written, listening skills. Good customer service skills. Able to work with minimal supervision and direction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Conditions

Physical Demands: Requires continuous sitting, repetitive hand movement of opening and sorting documents. May require light lifting and moderate walking (including stairs). Extensive use of telephone, keyboard and computer.

Environmental Demands: Indoors with minimal outdoors; primarily located at a front desk work station. Moderate to heavy background noise and office traffic. Required to transport documents between buildings in seasonal weather conditions.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am- 4:30 pm with a half hour lunch. Total weekly hours: 40
