Stretch Zone Chapel Hill and Apex locations are seeking a Studio Administrative Assistant to become part of our dynamic team! In addition to providing overall support to our business needs, you will help manage the operations of the studios and undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. Responsibilities
* Responsible for answering multiple incoming phone lines expediently and professionally.
* Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly

Job Conditions
Physical Demands: Requires continuous sitting, repetitive hand movement of opening and sorting documents. May require light lifting and moderate walking (including stairs). Extensive use of telephone, keyboard and computer.
Environmental Demands: Indoors with minimal outdoors; primarily located at a front desk work station. Moderate to heavy background noise and office traffic. Required to transport documents between buildings in seasonal weather conditions.
