The Right of Way Agent's main purpose is to assist the Right of Way (ROW) Department in determining the need for and acquiring valid right of way documentation for the construction, reconstruction, relocation, or improvement of electrical, pipeline and communication facilities. Provide right of way support to other departments as necessary.
