The Full-Time Receptionist's primary role is to provide excellent customer service, acting as the first point of contact for customers, answering phones, and managing the front desk. The Receptionist also performs administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer incoming calls in an efficient and timely manner.
Maintain the reception area by keeping area free of clutter, clean, and inviting
Assist with sorting repair orders and various Service clerical needs
Coordinate and maintain intracompany Uftring Auto Group dealership inventory transfers
Complete all FedEx mail transactions for Sales Department
Cash out check and cash paying Service customers and close tickets in dealership computer system
Reconcile Service cash drawer at end of day
Distribute dealership license plates and maintain distribution records
Order, stock, organize, and maintain dealership supplies
Provide clerical support for dealership management
Maintain master forms for dealership use
Assist in planning and coordinating dealership events
