THE ROLE
Front Desk Agent AKA House Manager
A House Manager at Anna & Bel is more than just a host - they are a cornerstone of our luxury boutique experience. From offering a warm welcome to ensuring a seamless departure, this role requires someone who thrives in a tech-forward environment while maintaining the charm and hospitality expected in a boutique setting. Responsibilities:
Overnight shifts required for Sunday and Monday nights.
Must have open availability for the other three shifts.
Manage internal tasks and guest communication using proprietary software.

Provide thoughtful recommendations and booking services for transportation, tours, events, and dining.
Facilitate reservations and room changes.
