Job Summary: Front Desk Attendants will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for handling cash transactions, assisting with prize redemptions, and keeping the front desk and redemption areas clean and organized. You'll help ensure every visitor has a safe and enjoyable experience by answering questions, resolving issues, or escalating concerns when needed. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a fun, fast-paced environment.
