Key Responsibilities: Sales & Membership Conversion: Actively promote and sell The Joint Chiropractic's Wellness Plans and Visit Packages to new and existing patients, aligning them with the treatment plans recommended by our chiropractors. Use persuasive sales skills to educate and convert patients to our affordable membership options and treatment packages. Achieve individual sales goals by proactively engaging with patients and offering them personalized care options. Customer Service & Patient Engagement: Greet patients with enthusiasm, ensuring they feel welcome and appreciated from the moment they arrive. Build rapport and establish lasting relationships with patients, making them feel at home at every visit. Share your personal chiropractic experience and success stories to educate patients on the long-term benefits of chiropractic care. Clinic Operations & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized clinic, ensuring that inventory is stocked, and the workplace is ready for patients. Manage the patient flow through the clinic, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for every visitor. Handle transactions using point of sale (POS) software, keeping patient accounts up-to-date and accurate. Administrative Support: Assist patients in completing necessary paperwork and ensure all forms are processed correctly. Manage incoming calls, answering questions, and scheduling appointments as needed. Maintain patient records with attention to detail, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Teamwork & Marketing: Participate in marketing and sales initiatives designed to attract new patients to the clinic. Collaborate with your team to achieve clinic sales goals, contribute to a positive work environment, and help grow the business. Qualifications: Bilingual preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a high-paced retail or healthcare environment. High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred). Positive, upbeat attitude with a passion for helping others and driving sales. Strong sales abilities, confident in presenting and closing memberships and service packages. Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing sales culture. Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed. Proficient with office equipment (computer, scanner, fax, phone system) and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Previous office management or marketing experience a plus.
