In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service, manage a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with previous veterinary experience who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment. Schedule: This is a full-time position with a 5/8 or 4/10 schedule and availibility needed in the evenings and Sundays.
