Patient Registration/FrontDesk Concierge greets all patients and facilitates the registration/admissions procedures for the facilities patients. Obtains all necessary information and is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of all forms, verifies insurance, obtaining consents, logs and other frontdesk documents. Collects appropriate payments from patients in accordance with policies and procedures. This position carries out these duties while respecting the dignity and privacy of patients. Qualifications, Education and/or Experience
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read and write in English, analyze, and interpret written company policies, manuals, protocols and/or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports in a concise and organized manner.
