We are currently hiring energetic Member Service Representatives that have a passion for kids and the water. We are seeking part-time employees that have the flexibility for mornings, nights, and Saturday and Sunday is a must. We offer paid training and flexible shifts. Even better? Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned)
Provide a Golden Experience and WOW customer service with a smile. Customer service to include (not limited to): answer telephones, respond to inquiries, take messages, and process merchandise transactions. Process student registrations using effective sales/customer service techniques. May be required to perform inside sales functions including: contacting sales leads and processing sales and marketing materials. Resolve customer concerns/complaints using a professional approach. Maintain facility cleanliness.
Qualifications / Experience:
Previous customer service and/or sales experience required. High School diploma or GED. Some college preferred. Strong written communication skills. Strong oral communication skills both in person and by telephone. Familiarity with a consistent changing work environment. Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Must have/obtain AED/CPR/First Aid certifications as a condition of employment within 90 days of hire (Internal training available).

Compensation

Schedule:
Day Shift Sunday - Monday: 7am-3pm (16hrs)
