Calculates and initiates pre-invoices, through approved tariff rate schedule, for outbound product transported on Riverence Provisions LLC equipment. Approves all secondary carrier invoices and verifies published tariff rates prior to submittal to the Distribution Director. Posts secondary carrier cost information to the load sheet to identify the excessive freight and the cost per pound associated with each customer. Reviews the outbound schedules with the interstate drivers prior to each regional trip departure. Utilize forecasting in advance of the trip scheduling process to facilitate timely deliveries, maximum product weight capacity and cost efficient delivery options. Coordinating and scheduling back haul opportunities within our distribution network. Establish and/or support backhaul customer relationships.
