Reliable and punctual; available to work 7:50 a.m. - 4:50 p.m. (Monday-Friday) with occasional overtime
Highly professional appearance, demeanor, and telephone etiquette
Strong customer service skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to work independently and remain flexible under changing priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; and Teams
