Position Summary
We are seeking a goal-oriented, proactive, and service-minded Wellness Coordinator to join our team. This customer-facing role plays a key part in patient experience, front office operations, and clinic growth. Key Responsibilities
* Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression
* Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner
* Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately
* Support the clinic's sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members
* Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries
* Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software

Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required

* Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
