The receptionist will answer incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate people, handle mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies, as well as additional clerical duties. He/She should be viewed as the Director of First Impressions and present a professional image of the law firm that leaves a positive customer experience at all times.
