Collect co-payments and past due balances from patients at check-in/check-out desk.
Coordinates and processes referral information for managed care patients.
Process medical records requests.
Maintain hospital physician schedules as directed by supervisor

Handling and processing of billing information daily.

Collect co-payments and past due balances from patients at check-in/check-out desk.
Coordinates and processes referral information for managed care patients.
Process medical records requests.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have one-two years frontdesk and customer service experience. Experience in the medical field is preferred but not required. Proficient in Office 365 and comfortable using multiple phone lines.
