Making copies of insurance/ID cards to be uploaded into patient charts. Obtaining patient authorization for medical records release (HIPAA compliance). Answering incoming calls and route them as needed. Open/Close office lobby at the start and end of each day. Willing to travel on an as needed basis. Other duties as assigned.
