Summary/Job Scope:
We are seeking a receptionist to greet visitors and employees at HQ location with other daily front office and accounting tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Welcomes visitors and employees by greeting them, in person or on the telephone and answering or referring inquiries to appropriate personnel.

Accounting Duties
* Runs Command reports: ticket edit report, Cod report, and preliminary invoice registry.
* Sorts batch tickets in order of the invoice registry and figure out waiting times on batch tickets.
* Process all Cod's and credit card postings, from United Materials and Frey. Scan checks and Cod credit card logs for both companies to shared service center so that they can apply to the proper accounts.
* Maintain spreadsheet for all Cod's.
* Maintains monthly filing for Cod logs and Bank deposits. When needed, provide customers with copies of receipts.
* Responsible for the bank deposits when needed as well as taking them to the bank.
* Provides support to the Billing department with month end close by meeting the closing deadlines.
* Assists salesperson with batch tickets copies.
* Help any other team member with any tasks needed.
Qualifications:
* Basic computer skills
* Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
* Must have good computer / data entry skills
* Must have the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
