Scan checks and Cod credit card logs for both companies to shared service center so that they can apply to the proper accounts. * Maintain spreadsheet for all Cod's. * Maintains monthly filing for Cod logs and Bank deposits. When needed, provide customers with copies of receipts. * Responsible for the bank deposits when needed as well as taking them to the bank. * Provides support to the Billing department with month end close by meeting the closing deadlines. * Assists salesperson with batch tickets copies. * Help any other team member with any tasks needed.
