Job Overview:

As the first point of contact for clients, you will play an integral role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of the spa. You will greet clients, schedule appointments, manage phone calls, and assist with various administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for our guests.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or frontdesk operations, ideally in a medical or spa environment.
