Front Desk Job Duties Include But Not Limited To:

• Interfacing with the previous shift and managers to be updated on hotel activities.
• Provide check-in/check-out service
• Provide superior guest service
• Manages reservations for arrivals, departures and in-house guests
• Processing payments from guests
• Provide guests with information concerning amenities/services/local attractions
• Strong attention to detail required
• Respond to all hotel guests efficiently and in an appropriately friendly manner

Job Requirements:

• Previous hotel experience preferred but not required.
• Must possess Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently
• Dependability and reliable transportation a must
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Ability to handle comments and suggestions
• Flexibility to work any shift including weekends and holidays
• Ability to multi-task

Kisco Senior Living front desk representative job description

The Front Desk Representative provides exceptional customer service via the front desk to establish a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community. This is a Part-time position: Thursday (9am - 5pm), Friday/Saturday (3pm - 11:30pm), with a $1,500 hiring bonus!

What will I do every day?

  • Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the community
  • Assist residents with requests as needed
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
  • Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel

What will I need to be successful in this role?
