Provides recommended solutions when errors are encountered and seeks to identify common cause issues that affect performance of the software solution. Provides recommended solutions for problems using professional operational principles and company objectives. Works under consultative direction toward long-range goals and objectives. Collaborates with team members to ensure solutions are vetted and deliverables are of high quality. Performs hardware setup and maintenance such as installing computers/monitors and connecting cables. Job Qualifications: A minimum of a B.S. degree in computer science, physics, engineering or other technical degree from an accredited college or university is required.
