Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual who is motivational, passionate, and fun! We want you to lead our Front Office Team to ensure the effortless and seamless movement of guests in and out of the hotel, and to provide exceptional levels of service throughout our guests' stay.

The Front Office Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front office guest services team, PBX, and bell staff. The Front Office Manager will assure guest service standards are being applied consistently and that all hotel and department policies and procedures are followed and adhered to.

Requirements

Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and relate to guests concerns and work well in groups.

Strong interpersonal and employee relation skills are a must with the ability to mentor, train and develop staff. Te ability to motivate and drive the staff is essential.

Must have a strong knowledge of computers, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.

Must be able to handle multi-tasking and be goal- and results-oriented.

Must have strong time management skills to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities will include:

Ensure all guests/owners are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that all Hilton Grand Vacation standards are being applied.
Coordinates and resolves problems arising from owner/guest concerns with a dedication to satisfying every guest/owner. Reports any unresolved problems to the Guest Services Manager.
Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve efficient levels of revenues while maintaining high levels of guest's expectations.
Leads night audit activity and the preparation of weekly accounting reports ensuring property operations meets internal audit standards.
Ensure all Front Office quality standards are aligned with and that all policies and procedures are consistently applied.
Routinely inspects department to ensure that equipment is in accurate working condition and supplies are stocked.
May be required to perform other reasonable duties as requested by management.

The Front Office Manager is responsible for the operation of the Front Desk by directing, controlling and supervising Front Desk related resources to ensure the best possible guest satisfaction, associate morale, standards, training, & profit.

Must be flexible to work varying schedules in support of the business needs of the hotel. Work with different levels of management and associates as a team player. Ability to work independently. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times. Show initiative, strive for excellence, accept responsibility and be goal oriented. Must have excellent computer skills with knowledge of core Microsoft Office applications. Must have reliable transportation.
