Description:
● Reporting to the VP of Brand Strategy, the Account Director will own 6-8 key accounts within our brand portfolio while spearheading internal projects and overseeing a cohort of Team members on the Brand Strategy Team
● Responsible for revenue growth, sales performance and providing guidance on promotional calendar to our brands
● Working in Tandem with the Performance Marketing Team, monitor performance of advertising campaigns and drive activity to improve marketing KPI's
● Manage accounts to identify improvements across content, advertising, and product assortment to reach optimal ROI
● Present monthly sales and advertising analytics to brands inclusive of annual reviews and weekly/bi-weekly touch-points
● Track / progress towards annual revenue targets for internal sales goals
● Provide and maintain annual purchase and sales forecasts for brands
Requirements
● Minimum of 6 years in a Senior Brand/Account Management role
● Amazon Seller/Vendor Central experience a must
● Self-motivated with a high attention to detail

The professional registered nurse Home Therapies RN CAP 2 may be an entry level designation into the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) for new employees who meet the RN CAP 2 criteria or attained through advancement from RN CAP 1. This position is accountable and responsible for the provision and coordination of clinically competent care including assessment planning intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients. This may include delegation of appropriate tasks to direct patient care staff including but not limited to RNs LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians. As a member of the End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) health care team this position participates in decision-making teaching leadership functions and quality improvement activities that enhance patient care outcomes and facility operations.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
All duties and responsibilities are expected to be performed in accordance with Fresenius Kidney Care policy procedures standards of nursing practice state and federal regulations.
Performs all essential functions under the direction of the Supervisor and with guidance from the Educator Preceptor or in collaboration with another Registered Nurse.

Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs, the Corporate Counsel will play a critical role partnering with the sales and business teams in addressing their legal needs. The Corporate Counsel reviews and negotiates contracts and provides counsel to sales team members and managers to address legal questions and needs of mixed scope and complexity.
Essential Functions

Review and negotiate commercial contract terms - both large and small - zealously, but have the ability to also understand where compromise is appropriate.

Have a deep understanding of the interplay among different parts of a contract; litigation experience in this regard is a plus.
Awareness of and ability to advise on legal issues across the company (“issue spotting”), e.g., operations and invoicing, privacy, limitations of liability, intellectual property, indemnity, dispute resolution, insurance, force majeure, import/export issues. Experience in employment law is a plus.
Understand long‑ and short‑term impact of different contractual terms.
Review and negotiate vendor and other contracts and NDAs with the same principles in mind.
Efficiently and in simple terms, address special provisions in commercial quotes.
Ability to pay attention to detail and manage input from numerous subject matter experts across the company while under pressure from other teams to expedite review.
Good writer.
Engage in and on occasion lead, early morning and late night meetings.

Minimum 10 years of experience; significant law firm experience required.

Demonstrated critical thinking and effective problem‑solving skills.
Professional internal skills, including patience, discretion, and confidentiality.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Detail oriented and demonstrated accuracy; excellent writing skills preferred.
Education
Juris Doctorate required.

Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Relations (Primary Focus)
• Serve as the main HR contact for caregivers, clinicians, and office staff regarding workplace concerns and questions.

• Provide coaching to employees on communication, expectations, and policies.
