Conduct day-to-day testing of compounds in biological matrices and/or other solvent systems in a team-oriented environment.
Analyze and interpret data using different software programs (Sciex Analyst, DiscoveryQuant, GraphPad prism, MS Excel, etc.)
Prepare reports and communicate with collaborators and clients.
Multitask, recognize problems, provide input to solutions, draft reports, and communicate results proficiently with clients and in lab meetings.
Contribute to basic lab maintenance such as preparing buffers, cleaning, ordering, stocking, and follow-up.
Communicate and work closely with other groups to finish collaboration projects in a timely manner.

Education, Experience & Skills Required:
BS or MS in biology, chemistry, or related area.
0-2 years of related experience in the biotech, pharma or preclinical CRO industry. Working experience with LC-MS/MS, HPLC, bioanalytical studies preferred.

Job Description
The Operations Assistant will be responsible for performing routine and non-routine tasks such as kit packaging, inventory, shipping, receiving and facilities maintenance.

Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategy and Leadership
Define and execute the development strategy for TR-FRET immunoassays to maximize Eurofins DiscoverX's competitive position.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing scientific team.
Manage the development and launch of a new portfolio of TR-FRET immuno-assays following a phased stage-gate launch process.
Provides regular project planning, progress reporting, and concise summaries of experimental results to internal stakeholders and senior management.
Assay Development & Validation
Either individually conduct or oversee development, troubleshooting, and validation of new TR-FRET assays for the detection of specific analytes in cell culture medium, cell lysates, blood, etc. Works diligently to meet product development goals set by the management team.
Lead assay validation exercises to determine LLOQ, LLOD, Z', spike recovery, etc., as well as appropriate benchmarking exercises against competitor products to generate data to support marketing activities.
Ensures appropriate documentation of assay development history, generates SOPs for kit component manufacturing, and detailed protocols for user manuals to support product launch.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with the marketing team to define the scope of the portfolio offering, product release specifications, data package requirements, and product release schedule. Provide validation data in formats suitable for inclusion in marketing materials, scientific presentations (posters, webinars, white papers, etc.)
Collaborate with the manufacturing team to identify and qualify appropriate vendors for critical kit components and train internal manufacturing and QC teams to support kit assembly and component QC.
Acts as a liaison with external collaborators, partners, or service providers when needed to support assay development or validation.
Provides cross-functional support to other departments as required.

Experience in TR-FRET assay development, including the use of linkers, experience in TR-FRET based buffer optimization, and experience in antibody screening.
Proficiency in data analysis using GraphPad Prism or equivalent statistical/analytical software.
Experience developing assays for applications in therapeutic areas such as oncology, neurodegeneration, immunology, or metabolism is highly desirable.
Experience in mentoring and supervising technical staff is required.
Demonstrated expertise level knowledge developing immuno-assays with TR-FRET, ELISA, or similar assay format(s).
Experience overseeing product development, preferably for an extensive portfolio of similar assays, using a phased stage gate process strongly preferred
Experience drafting qualification/validation reports and SOPs for assay transfer to clients or other departments strongly preferred

Proven track record operating LC-MS/MS systems in a bioanalytical lab
Strong expertise in drug metabolism and biotransformation, with hands-on experience in metabolite identification using LC-MS/MS and HRMS.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex mass spectrometry data and provide detailed reports.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Job Description
The FSE III/IV performs Calibrations/Qualifications, Preventative Maintenance and Repairs on small laboratory instrumentation, including balances and pH meters, and chromatography systems, including HPLC's, GC's and UPLC's.
Responsibilities

We are looking for a ATE Test Engineer with proven experience in developing and supporting complex mixed-signal silicon SoC products. The ideal candidate will develop and oversee SoC test strategy, interact with manufacturing partners, define, and implement ATE programs and own the product from design, initial samples all the way through high volume production ramp. The candidate should have working knowledge of DUTs such as PMIC, ADC/DAC, FPGA, SoCs, and RF devices, etc.

Hands-on experience with high-speed mixed signal SoC test program/hardware development on multiple high-speed test platforms.
Collaboration with design team to define test strategy, create and own test plan.
Tester platform selection, design, and development of ATE hardware for wafer sort and final test.
Familiar with high-speed load board design techniques.
Proven track record of implementing ATE patterns to optimize tester resources and minimize ATE test time while maintaining product quality.
Strong knowledge and development of DFT techniques implemented in silicon that provide maximum defect and parametric device coverage - SCAN, MEMBIST, SerDes and other functional tests.
Skilled in control interfaces - I2C, I3C, SPI, MDIO, JTAG etc.
Expertise in production test of high speed SerDes operating at 16Gbps and higher.
Experience with micro-controller and FPGA designs.
Skilled in ATE programming, silicon/ATE bring-up, bench-ATE correlation and debug.
Experience with lab equipment including protocol analyzers, oscilloscopes, RF SA, VNA, and ICE.
Experience with using Advantest 93k ATE, Teradyne UltraFlex/J750 platforms.
Proficiency in, at least, one modern programming language such as C/C++, Python.
Professional attitude with ability to execute on multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Strong team player with good communication skills to work alongside a team of high caliber engineers.
