What Will You Be Doing?

The Configuration Control Engineer is the Primary Technical Services department contact for all Component related issues, modifications and projects. This position researches incomplete information supplied by Requestors and updates Component Effectivity and Interchangeability data in FMIS and IPC Supplements. Researches proposed Component Modifications for feasibility in the fleet and updates Engineering documentation accordingly.

Essential Functions

* Under limited supervision, perform research and analysis on new or updated components by utilizing the Illustrated Parts Catalogue (IPC), Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB) and other technical data to search for and effectively change components to maintain the integrity of the IPC Supplement, FMIS, and component research database.
* Work directly with Engineering and lessors to ensure comprehensive compliance and substantiation.
* Assist aircraft maintenance departments in retrieval and analysis of aircraft information, as requested.
* Provide support to the aircraft Maintenance Department for critical Aircraft On Ground (AOG) situations.
* Ensure proper documentation exists for the authorization of aircraft parts.
* Interpret and review drawings, technical data, Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFRs), Fleet Campaign Directives (FCDs), Airworthiness Directives (ADs), engineering documents (EAs and EOs), and Service Bulletins (SBs).
* Verify that vendor SBs, engineering documents or other support documentation include necessary approvals to ensure compliance with established company standards and Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations requirements.
* Facilitate the creation of SB Engineering Controls (ECs) within FMIS

* Generate Publication Change Requests (PCRs) to modify maintenance documentation
* Modify part requirements in FMIS
* Creation of SB and VSB tracking items in FMIS
* Review and Analysis of RIL and Parts Pool Configuration Change Requests
* Author engineering documents
* Generate requisitions in FMIS and engineering documentation for acquisition of required items related to regulatory and company requirements
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum of associates degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Technology or a related field; combination of relevant education and experience will be considered in lieu of degree
* Valid FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) rating may be accepted in lieu of degree, with equivalent experience
* Education in or experience with Quality Systems preferred though not required.
* Prior 121 airline experience strongly preferred

Planner, Aircraft Appearance

The Aircraft Appearance Planner is responsible for overseeing the ACA department as described in the A/Appearance Manual. The Aircraft Appearance Planner is responsible for the daily planning of work assignments.

What Will You Be Doing?

The Manager, Ancillary oversees the staff, activities and resources of the Analytics and Ancillary Pricing team and reports to the Director of Ancillary and Revenue Analytics. The manager and his/her team are responsible for managing and developing quantitative analysis for fares, working with Pricing and Revenue Management, and direct management of ancillary prices.

* Create and develop a team to drive data-driven decisions by the Pricing and Revenue Management team
* Collaborate across PRM to create and deliver actionable analytic solutions
* Manage and evolve Frontier's ancillary pricing strategy through machine learning, AI and other pricing strategies

* Manage evaluation of team members, including skill sets, skill development and regular reviews in line with department policies

What Will You Be Doing?

Provides day-to-day oversight of and support to the Compliance team. Acting as one of Frontier's Designated Employer Representative (DER) designees, maintains immediate oversight of Frontier's Drug and Alcohol Program and ensures compliance with applicable regulations. Maintains oversight of Frontier's Pilot Records Improvement Act (PRIA) program and ensures compliance with applicable regulations. Serves as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for both the drug and alcohol, PRIA and employment background programs.

Essential Functions

* Responsible for administering the Drug & Alcohol Program for Frontier Airlines in accordance with the FAA and DOT guidelines. This includes:
* Ensure proper tracking and processing of all employee drug and alcohol tests.
* Facilitate and manage the random drug testing and reasonable suspicion testing. Consult with management on procedures surrounding random and reasonable suspicion drug/alcohol testing.
* Audit leaves of absence and furloughed employees as it relates to return to work drug/alcohol testing.
* Ensures record-keeping compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
* Ensure follow up testing for alcohol violations are handled with the utmost confidentiality to avoid legal disputes.
* Investigate and assist in the mediation of employee complaints and appeals using corporate or collective bargaining processes.
* Represent the company in dealings with government agencies.
* Monitor vendor compliance and address issues of non-compliance.
* Regular and periodic on-call responsibilities to monitor and respond to Drug & Alcohol Program related questions and incidents.
* Responsible for compliance with the Pilot Record Improvement Act regulatory compliance at Frontier Airlines. The functions include but are not limited to retention and release of drug & alcohol testing and pilot training records for applicants and past employees, coordination with other airlines' representatives, and coordination with pilots (past and present).
* The PRIA responsibilities are federally mandated and require a subject matter expert on current stipulations surrounding the PRIA Act.
* Responsible for evaluating all pilot-applicant drug testing & alcohol misuse records to ensure the pilot-applicant is acceptable for hiring; documenting the records, review/evaluation, and ensuring those records are retained in compliance with the PRIA privacy requirement.
* Prepare for and conduct internal program audits.
* Prepare for and participate in DOT audits.
* Track violations and prepare statistical reports of types of actions taken
* Monitor data integrity and develop procedures and routines to validate data entered into and stored in various related databases.
* Compile and research information for monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
* Manage pre-employment background check process
* Process pre-employment fingerprint background checks
* Manage Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badging process for new and current employees
* Present a variety of drug and alcohol training to managers and employees. Attend and participate in other related meetings as requested.
* Provide management and employees with information and interpretation of human resource policies, rules and procedures.
* Recommend or initiate programs or actions to resolve problems and enhance client service.

Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years of work experience in human resources, auditing, or legal experience
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or Psychology preferred; equivalent combination of related education and experience considered in lieu of degree
* Administrative or management experience with Compliance, Drug & Alcohol or HR related programs preferred
* Prior airline experience preferred
* Experience as a Subject Matter Expert in FAA DOT or PRIA regulatory compliance strongly preferred

What Will You Be Doing?

The Manager, Commercial Revenue Analysis leads commercially focused analytical action and opportunity identification and owns the company-wide rolling revenue forecast; blending detailed route-level bottom-up analysis with macro-level top-down drivers. The Manager delivers accurate, timely, and actionable revenue forecast outputs to senior management and the Board of Directors and collaborates closely across a variety of diverse teams to synthesize data sources and real-time insights for maximum forecast accuracy and actionable opportunities for execution teams. The Manager identifies and implements opportunities to improve the accuracy and speed of the revenue forecasting process and builds relevant, usable executive-level reporting dashboards and tools to guide decision-making.

What Will You Be Doing?

Perform aircraft maintenance activities according to established policies and procedures and the Code of Federal Regulations. This position is responsible for providing technical assistance and on-the-job training to the A&P mechanics.

The Sr Analyst, Quantitative Pricing & RM Analytics will develop and apply statistical modeling and data science to advance Total Revenue Optimization. As an integral part of the Pricing, Revenue Management, and Ancillary Revenue teams, the Sr Analyst will drive the development of pricing-focused analytics infrastructure, and take ownership of ad-hoc analyses to identify opportunities for spurring revenue growth through fares. This position will be at the forefront of leveraging new distribution technology to drive custom offers to passengers, an initiative that will begin to blend the concepts and levers from both pricing and inventory management. You will be joining a data-led and high-profile team; a great way to leverage your experience with data to drive results!

Essential Functions

* Design, execute, and deliver advanced quantitative analyses and multi-feature models to drive decision-making and actions, either by analysts or by systems
* Leverage big data, capabilities in cloud environments, and multiple sources of data to identify signals and integrate those signals into modeling for explication, prediction, or production
* Lead in fulfilling other general analytics requirements;
* Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to gain insight into customer behaviors, competitive trends, and revenue production to identify opportunities for segmentation, fare action, and best response to the actions of other airlines
* Generate modeling hypotheses using multivariate statistical approaches as well as modern Machine Learning based descriptive approaches
* Lead the implementation and industrialization of new models to drive and optimize airfare offers in a new, modern distribution platform
* Explicate the results of quantitative analysis and multi-feature models and communicates to stakeholders, including senior management
* Work primarily in Python, MS SQL, Postgres, R, and/or C++
* Provide expertise in coding and applied economics across Pricing, Revenue Management, and Ancillary teams
* Develop target booking curves to drive business rules in the revenue management space
* Create and maintain code standards, code library, and workflows where industrialized processes are necessary
* Participate in peer reviews of analytical designs and code to advance revenue optimization

What Will You Be Doing?

The Sr. Analyst, Financial Systems will provide project management and IT support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Coupa, and Anaplan as well as any additional financial systems implemented going forward for both the accounting and finance departments, in addition to being a liaison with the IT department. The Sr. Analyst, Financial Systems will need to be effective at developing relationships with various stakeholders across the company to meet the needs of the business. Additionally, the Sr. Analyst, Financial Systems will work with the Financial Systems Manager to ensure the system is up and running effectively (including all necessary upgrades), work with third party service providers to ensure timely resolution of system questions and requests from users, as well as designing and maintaining the appropriate system control environment. The Sr. Analyst, Financial Systems will also work with the Manager, Financial Systems to recommend, design, and implement changes that benefit the effectiveness and efficiency of the various systems

Essential Functions

Project Management (60%)

* Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
* Develops project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring
* Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments.
* Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.

Support Accounting and Finance System Needs (15%)

* Builds, maintains and runs financial reports in Microsoft D365.
* Assists in strategizing and developing new tools and views to support the fast-changing needs of the business.
* Manages relationship with 3 party support team.
* Manages long term system related projects as identified.

Responsible for the proper functioning of Financial Systems (15%)

* Monitor systems' performances and troubleshoots systems.
* Responsible for the development of the enterprise-wide financial system strategy.
* Maintains the Segregation of Duties/Security roles.

Internal Control Support (10%)

* Assists the Accounting Department in designing an effective control environment to ensure SOX compliance.
* Assist the financial system manager with all control documentation and testing of financial systems.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or related field; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree requirement
* 2 to 4 years of experience total with some combination of the following areas: project management, financial systems (including implementations), and/or accounting
* Problem solving and analysis experience
* SQL experience preferred

What Will You Be Doing?

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the airline's customer engagement, acquisition and retention efforts primarily through email and ecommerce marketing. The key to this role's success will depend on the ability to build strong relationships within the marketing department, mastery of Frontier's promotional objectives and processes, while consistently delivering high quality and error-free results.

Essential Functions

* Own the day-to-day execution of daily promotional plan which includes:
* Review campaign copy with precision
* Campaign setup, testing, deployment and monitoring of all email marketing campaigns
* Updating website promotional pages
* Setup and deploy A/B image, placement, and subject line email tests
* Manage content calendar for email, social and paid media placements
* Coordinate with airport, loyalty and other partners to schedule placements and collect deliverables
* Support the Sr Manager, Marketing in marketing objectives, including email, social and paid media channels
* Provide QA support for advanced campaigns and new marketing projects
* Collaborate with marketing, customer loyalty, partnerships, and creative teams in support of Frontier's promotional initiatives
* Interface with 3rd party service providers including media agencies and strategic partners
* Assist with data tracking and reporting on campaign performance
* Support the ecommerce team by updating content on FlyFrontier.com as needed in addition to the execution of tasks designed to increase conversion and customer loyalty

* May require performing light creative support for a variety of digital channels
* Support social media marketing objectives such as content creation, profile management, customer response, and reporting

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, digital media or related field
* 2+ years of experience working in email marketing or e-commerce
* Experience working with Oracle Responsys or similar enterprise email marketing tools
* Proven success in a fast-paced environment with precise attention to detail
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and video-editing software is a plus

What Will You Be Doing?

Responsible for support and implementation of projects related to SOC/Enterprise Applications. This position leads or assists on department projects and is responsible for supporting production issues to the satisfaction of customers. In addition, this position will analyze existing applications and recommend improvements to streamline and optimize systems and processes.

Essential Functions

* Provide production support including on call for existing applications and ensure timely communication to the interested parties.
* Assist in all necessary project phases for system implementations, enhancements to existing applications, and system upgrades-including functional requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design specifications, development/configuration activities, and execution of appropriate unit test scenarios and assist with issue resolution during user acceptance testing.
* Process new software releases and/or patches and documentation for Configuration Management, Infrastructure, and Support Services.
* Collaborate with other technical staff to research, evaluate, develop, test, and implement new and/or currently unused functional and technical solutions to enhance the value of business systems. Evaluate current and future leveragability of new functionality in anticipation of changing/evolving business needs and direction.
* Perform full life cycle software development activities. These duties include requirements definition, analysis, software design, software development, testing, and documentation.
* Assist Quality Assurance with documentation of test script for unit testing and system testing.
* Provide functional expertise and direction specific to application functionality and business processes.
* Provide technical leadership and cross-train staff/business as needed on existing and new technologies.
* Provide regular status updates to management regarding ongoing projects, maintenance and systems support.
