Pros of working at Frontier Airlines

There's hope of some day finding a job where I make enough money to pay my bills.

Cons of working at Frontier Airlines

Flight benefits but I don't make enough money to go anywhere, convoluted parameters to bid on flights, health benefits are too expensive, nothing past what the company wants out of you is explained, you as an employee don't matter. You are a cog in a wheel easily replaced.

Pros of working at Frontier Airlines

There is absolutely NOTHING I like about working here. If I could find anything else, I would be SO gone!

Bad pay, bad benefits, (the flight benefits are awful), bad culture, NOBODY is happy here.
