Pros of working at Frontier Communications
The best and really only good part about working for Frontier is the pay. It is one of the few place in the town where I live that pays a respectable wage.
Cons of working at Frontier Communications
Frontier's executive board is replete with people who have steered this company in the wrong direction. Dan McCarthy needs to leave and they need a new CEO who will restore faith in the company. Stock has continued do dip lower in recent months. They hire outside vendors to be customer facing and these vendors (in many cases) don't really care whether they lie to customers or not. This has created so much backlash and a huge loss of customers every month.
Frontier Communications benefits
I do have good insurance. I would have said bonuses but sadly promised bonuses never came after I signed on because of the horrible mismanagement.
