The full time Pharmacy Technician at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, Ca will perform a variety of tasks under the supervision of a pharmacist. What's this role all about?
Prepares, delivers, and distributes medications in an accurate and timely manner to appropriate care areas according to policies and procedures, while at the same time prioritizing workflow and maintaining required documentation
Uses technology safely and effectively to prepare, distribute, deliver and refill medications and services to patients
Effectively uses the electronic medical record to support patient care
Prepares accurate and timely compounded sterile products appropriate to area following policies and procedures, best practices and standards of practice
Assists pharmacists with patient medication reconciliation functions, including screening of patients, obtaining medication lists, and documentation of medication reconciliation activities
Communicates effectively with members of the healthcare team and patients, and willingly participates in new initiatives and tasks as needed to support patient care
Performs inventory control functions
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required
Registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the California State Board of Pharmacy
Ability to perform pharmacy calculations involving ratios, proportions and percentages
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to use software applications and operate technological devices
Ability to interpret and apply knowledge of State, Federal and Agency standards to comply with regulations
Previous hospital experience preferred

The Position: The IT Systems Analyst plays a key role in shaping how internal users experience technology across the organization. This hybrid role blends systems analysis, technical support, user advocacy, and service improvement to ensure that IT solutions function effectively and meet the real-world needs of employees.
The Analyst will support the end user, design user enablement strategies, interpret service delivery data, and collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance service quality, performance, and system functionality. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with end-users and business teams, to understand and identify pain points, and translate them into technical or process improvements.
Design and deliver scalable IT training programs that support system adoption and improve operational efficiency.
Develop user-facing documentation such as knowledge base articles, process guides, and training videos to drive self-service and knowledge retention.
Monitor service desk trends, system performance data, and usage analytics to identify recurring issues and areas for optimization.
Conduct root cause analysis for technical issues and recommend long-term resolutions.

In this job, every day you will…
* Provide direct and indirect supervision of the community operation along with training, coaching, counseling, and performance evaluations of all staff members.

In this job, every day you will…
1. Manage business office systems in accordance with Prestige procedures including completion of daily, weekly and monthly tasks and non-negotiables.
2. Maintain accurate and up to date records of business office functions including accounts receivable (A/R), accounts payable (A/P), move-ins and census numbers, resident insurance information and financial files, bank deposits, petty cash, resident trust accounts, and mail.
3. Perform routine billing processes by ensuring billing is set up, billed and collected in a timely and accurately manner. Identifies, researches, and corrects billing discrepancies.
4. Manage collections of all receivables according to Prestige procedures and document efforts within billing system. Partners with Executive Director and regional support to problem solve and collect on difficult accounts.
5. Assist with the move-in process for residents by verifying payer source and completion of move in paperwork.
6. Completes month end close within designated timeframe, participates in monthly A/R review and completes necessary reports as required.
7. Manages petty cash and resident trust accounts. Ensures accounts are balanced and update to date according to state regulations and Prestige policy.
8. Maintains personnel and resident files in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Prestige policy and procedure.
9. Assist in the new hire process by posting requisitions, reviewing applicant tracking system, scheduling and conducting interviews, extending offers, completing new hire paperwork, tracking credentials, and onboarding process.
10. Responsible for payroll duties including assigning employee numbers, reviewing time clock entries, collecting time clock edits, entering data into the payroll system, processing PTO/Sick Time, tracking attendance, and running reports. Processes payroll close and submits to central support.
Education & Experience you need to qualify:
* You will need to bring an Associate Degree or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience.
* Two years' experience working in business office including managing accounts receivable or ability to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and have experience using accounting software.
* Experience billing in an assisted living or senior living environment preferred. Ability to work independently to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Assists and trains the Personal Care Assistants on how to use the resident's life story information to perform routine tasks and ADL's.
Completes initial Service Plans for new residents at move-in, schedules plan review conferences within thirty days from move-in, and complete necessary paperwork on move-out, transfer, etc. in accordance with established policies and procedure.
Completes Service Plans for each resident per Prestige policy and procedure, ensuring that levels of care are accurate and appropriately identified.
Provides documentation of resident services and responses, changes in resident condition and service plan changes in accordance with established policies and procedure notifying physicians and family members or personal representatives regarding changes.
Participates in trouble-shooting, communicates needs and changes as they occur with other departments and makes written and oral reports and recommendations to the Health Services Director. Implements programs and standards as recommended by the Health Services Director or Executive Director.

Prestige Senior Living Praire House Looking for PRN On-Call Provides direct resident care, completes assignments as a universal worker, assists in maintaining a positive physical and psychosocial environment for residents, and upholds Prestige's core values of respect, integrity, commitment and trust.
Essential Functions: 1. Provides direct resident care while promoting resident dignity, independence and choice, regularly observes residents' physical and mental conditions and reports changes to the Health Services Director, Expressions Coordinator, or Executive Director. 2. Assists with or performs ADL's, takes vital signs and weights and accurately documents care services provided and observations on communication log and incident reports. Reports and documents all incidents and accidents immediately. 3. Assists residents to and from dining room and activities. 4. Performs First Aid and initiates emergency response procedures as required. 5. Greets residents, visitors, and staff courteously and answers phones when assigned. 6. Follows and supports community fire safety and infection control practices and promptly reports any unsafe conditions or equipment to immediate supervisor. 7. Serves meals in the dining room, assisting residents at meal time, provides resident tray delivery, and assists with dining room and kitchen clean up and maintenance. 8. Assists with tours, move-ins, move-outs, and transfers and coordinates personal care service with co-workers assisting with lifting and responds to assistance pages promptly. 9. Assists with apartment housekeeping services and resident's laundry. 10. Attends and participates in training, in-services, and staff meetings. 11. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Must complete and pass competency evaluation within 120 days of employment, state required training including the Revised Fundamentals of Care, Dementia Care, First Aid, CPR and HIV training if not able to provide appropriate documentation of prior training. Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must be able to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED with one or more years of personal care experience with older adults preferred
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Current First Aid and CPR certification. Food Handlers permit if required by State.
