Serve as a staff provider at Front Line clinic and mobile event locations. Educates patients and makes recommendations related to current health, wellness and nutrition. Assists in making referrals, triage requests and follow-up with patients as necessary. Maintains appropriate records detailing the patient's evaluation and recommendations. Initiates timely referrals when the problem exceeds scope of practice and/or expertise. Qualifications & Attributes: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Basic Life Support (BLS) Ability to interpret and evaluate laboratory and other screening tests Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Texas. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: · 5+ years of property management experience required (lease-up experience strongly preferred). · 2+ years customer service experience preferred. · Knowledge of affordable housing compliance requirements (LIHTC, Section 8, or other subsidy programs) required. · Experience leading teams and training staff in leasing and property operations. · Yardi and RENTCafé experience preferred. What Youll Do As a vital member of our Dallas mobile operations, you will: Perform x-ray testing and operate diagnostic equipment.
