+ Participates in early planning meetings with a supplier for critical equipment to discuss Expediting expectations after order placement.
+ Processes all addenda as soon as possible to ensure information is accurate.
+ Proactively anticipates supplier and project needs.

- Manage warehouse inventory via close coordination with our central DC and placing orders
- Perform in bound product verification and put away process for vision products including, but not limited to the following: scanning inventory, completing inventory transfers in SAP, etc.
- Optimize consignment inventory in the local area in close partnership with the sales representative with the following on site customer activities (inventory audit, pull back of excess, ordering support as needed with the materials manager)
- Train and follow standard operation and quality procedures and work instructions
- Responsible for GDP (Good documentation practices)
- Performing cycle count and inventory reconciliation activities
- Assists in regulatory inspection and perform safety and quality audits
- Adherence to training requirements, and health and safety regulations

+ Analyze process samples and finished products for viscosity, moisture, acidity, density, flash point, color comparison, etc.
+ Record all results in laboratory notebook and/or electronic files following the appropriate SOPs
+ Prepare and standardize laboratory reagents according to written procedures
+ Ensure that all analytical glassware is clean and defect-free and that all equipment is calibrated and maintained as prescribed prior to use
+ Maintain laboratory instruments including balances, viscometers, autotitrators, pH and conductivity meters, FTIR, flash point apparatus and microscopes
+ Work with customer service and R&D to prepare samples for shipment to potential customers
**Job Requirements:**
+ Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Biology or related science
+ A minimum of one year experience in an analytical laboratory or related process laboratory is preferred, but fresh graduates will be considered
+ In lieu of degree, experience in a Quality Control environment is required
