In this role, you will have the opportunity to wear many different hats!Â
Set up and maintain customer contracts, jobs and services
Reach out to customers to set up their service, ask for feedback on the service they are receiving to make sure customers are happy and well taken care of.
Prepare and issue quotes and account renewals; follow-up through issuance of purchase orders
Track and generate reports of business segment profitability including cost analysis of services and projects
Schedule service, prepare service orders, and perform the billings
Use Microsoft suite to enter and report customer activity
Handle customer calls and coordinate service schedule with service technicians

Kelly Science & Clinical is currently seeking candidates for a Lab Technician position at a petrochemical testing laboratory in Seabrook, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of chemical and physical analyses on petroleum fuels and chemicals.
**Additional Job Responsibilities:**
+ Perform all required testing on petroleum fuels, gasoline, and chemical samples
+ Assist in the setting up of laboratory equipment and / or instrumentation required for the analysis of samples
+ Assist in calibrating laboratory instruments in accordance with applicable standards
+ Perform standardization of all solutions
+ Document all activities and record keeping according to SOP's
+ Assist in all other laboratory assignments and projects
+ General upkeep and housekeeping of the Laboratory
**Job Requirements:**
+ BS in Chemistry or other related technical discipline
+ 1 year of lab experience preferably in the chemical industry
+ Must be able to work with all chemicals, petrochemicals, and petroleum products
+ Ability to work with minimal or no supervision coupled with excellent organizational skills
+ Good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
+ Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and other applications
+ Ability to work a rotating day and night shift work schedule
This is a long term temporary assignment with the potential to be hired based on personal performance and business needs. The work schedule is a rotating day and night shift schedule.
