Who you are:
As an Insurance Placement Manager with Frost Insurance Agency,
you
are our evaluator. You will be responsible for evaluating the current insurance program and identifying viable insurance markets, prepare and complete submission information for prospective clients. You will market new and renewal commercial insurance accounts, regardless of size. You will use your desire for constant improvement to strategize with staff and identify the need to re-market selected accounts, viable markets available, account problems, and known competition.
What you'll do:
Perform follow-ups with companies for completion of the submission and underwriting process, highlighting unique characteristics of each risk
Acts as account executive as requested on selected accounts
Assists producers in developing and servicing of accounts
Negotiate any adjustments in the product, price, terms, commissions, or endorsements
Assist in the design and implementation of the renewal strategy
Act as the agency point of contact for communication and interaction with carrier partners
Stay up to date with changes in the industry
Provide technical support for the production and service staff, including researching coverage and market issues
Maintain the branch technical resource library
Oversees or completes other special projects as assigned by the Agency Manager
Ensures that internal controls are in place and functioning properly
Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you'll need:
5-10 years experience in the insurance industry
Texas General lines Agent License: Property and Casualty (P&C) or attainment within 90 days
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Bachelor's degree

As a Private Banking Officer II,

will help customers manage their financial lives. Often, our private bankers are a helping hand to families for generations and continue to share their love and knowledge of finance with them. What you'll do:
Develop, manage, retain and expand client relationships within the affluent to high net worth markets (clients with $1.5-5 million in investable assets)
Generate a minimum of $4.5 million in new business per quarter and secure at least 10 new affluent client relationships annually
Actively make sales calls to clients and prospects. Engage in pre-call/post-call planning and strategy review
Monitor and manage client's existing credit relationships by reviewing current loan portfolio on a regular basis
Identify and recommend products and services best suited to meet clients' needs

What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in financial industry
Working knowledge of financial analysis relating to personal financial statements and personal income tax returns
NMLS license; the ability to transfer license to Frost or obtain license within 60 days
Comprehensive understanding of lending practices and loan servicing requirements for personal finance needs
Specialized knowledge of client benefits offered by Frost's brokerage, investment management, trust, and insurance groups
Ability to perform with limited supervision
Experience in managing a portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients

The Role
Consumer Banking & Lending is actively seeking a Branch Banking Regional Executive for the Southeast Texas Region. Southeast Texas consists of 125 branches across 10 counties serving over 1.4M customers. Those customers trust us with $17 billion in deposits and $7 billion in investment assets. Our customers are served by 1,000 dedicated employees across our 125 branches.
The successful candidate must have proven experience leading Senior executives and teams to provide exceptional customer service to retain, grow and deepen relationships in all retail customer segments. The Branch Banking Regional Executive will be responsible for providing strategic business leadership and guidance with respect to profit and revenue plans within the overall region and each market. This leader will also have demonstrated the ability to balance risk with growth, successful management of a P&L with responsibility for balance sheet growth, revenue growth, productivity and efficiency. Other key responsibilities include the budgeting process and asset management for the region and providing a leadership role in representing Wells Fargo in the communities and markets served with various leaders and elected officials. The **Market Client Relationship Manager (MCRM)** is a direct report to the Division Client Relationship Executive (DCRE) with dual reporting to the Merrill Wealth Management Market Executive (ME). The MCRM functions as a member of the market leadership team and manages the Wealth Management Client Associates, Operations support staff, and the branch's Operations Department. The MCRM is responsible for delivering firm strategy through the execution of the Market Strategy Plans. MCRMs partner closely with advisor teams to deliver a branded client service model focusing on digital solutions and enterprise capabilities. Additionally, the MCRM serves as the Lead and Referral Coordinator for the market and manages the market expenses. - Manages revisions to team documents such as pricing materials, product matrices and others; analyzes and communicates product trends, as assigned, through the use of dashboards or tracking reports; helps prepare product management presentations; and assists with various administrative duties, including the investigation and resolution of product-related service and quality issues as identified by the bank or its and customers.
- Collaborates throughout the bank during all phases of a product lifecycle, especially including Marketing for the creation and review of marketing materials and promotional campaigns, banker channels in the support and development of sales teams, Digital Channels for online and mobile product delivery and Training for the development or revision of product training material, courses and job aids for Bank employees; Operations for the development of back-office procedures and systems; and Information Technology for supporting hardware and software.

**Job Description:**
This job is responsible for originating loans for clients with residential mortgage needs and is the primary lending specialist working full time within the financial center. Key responsibilities include delivering First Mortgage and HELOC lending products in person or by telephone and providing products such as Auto Loans, Credit Cards and Core Banking products. Job expectations include effectively balancing sales performance, operational risk, and client relationship care. This position may be responsible for the provision of residential mortgage loans, and as such, is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential mortgage loan originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since this position requires SAFE Act registration, employees are required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provides specialized and personalized service offering advice and guidance to financial center clients through the full spectrum of borrowing and banking offerings at each stage of client's life plan
+ Builds and deepens relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the full capabilities of the bank
+ Analyzes the client's financial needs and applies knowledge of borrowing and banking to recommend financial services that best align with the client's unique priorities
+ Presents potential home lending product solutions, submits the mortgage application, assists clients with gathering supporting loan documentation, and keeps clients informed throughout the mortgage loan process through outbound calls, email, and online messaging
+ Connects with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities and conducts consistent follow-up routines to meet client needs
+ Responds to client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal partners based on client needs
+ Partners with financial center leaders, performance managers, and market leaders to provide specialized guidance and coaching to financial center associates regarding delivery of an exceptional client experience
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience. In lieu of this requirement, has previously held the role of:
+ Home Service Specialist II, Lending Client Associate, Lending Client Support Manager, Lending Specialist, Senior Banker, Business Solutions Advisor or Financial Solutions Advisor at Bank of America for 1 year
+ Knowledge of credit and home lending requirements
