Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and accurate entry of candidate information and recruitment activity into the firm's applicant tracking system; generate reports, analyze metrics, and identify trends to inform recruitment strategy.
Prepare recruitment-related communications and offer letters for candidates in identified growth markets.
Collaborate with the Lateral Recruiting Director and Lateral Recruiting Manager to coordinate the decision-making process and provide support with follow-up tasks, including conflict check, due diligence and preparation of offer letters.
Partner with the Lateral Recruiting Director and Lateral Recruiting Manager to proactively assess lateral hiring needs and support the identification and attraction of qualified lateral attorney candidates.
Provide insights on competitive market activity, candidate movement, and sourcing trends in identified growth markets.
Contribute to the ongoing development of the firm's recruiting brand, messaging, and candidate engagement strategies.
Understand the importance of and have the ability to implement recruiting DEIB initiatives to cultivate a more inclusive and diverse workforce.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required.

The Judicial Assistant III is the journey and advanced journey level in the Judicial Assistant classification series. Key Responsibilities:
Proactively support all aspects of the lateral recruiting cycle, including posting openings, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback and facilitating decision-making.
Gain a thorough understanding of the duties of the various attorney positions and what is required to be successful in those positions.
Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build and manage a robust pipeline of potential candidates and referral sources.
Identify and engage associate- and partner-level attorneys at target firms through strategic outreach, including direct contact via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest in lateral opportunities.
Design and execute targeted outreach campaigns aligned with strategic practice area needs.
Serve as a trusted liaison between candidates and the firm, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process.
Ensure timely and accurate entry of candidate information and recruitment activity into the firm's applicant tracking system; generate reports, analyze metrics, and identify trends to inform recruitment strategy.
Prepare recruitment-related communications and offer letters for candidates in identified growth markets.
Collaborate with the Lateral Recruiting Director and Lateral Recruiting Manager to coordinate the decision-making process and provide support with follow-up tasks, including conflict check, due diligence and preparation of offer letters.
Partner with the Lateral Recruiting Director and Lateral Recruiting Manager to proactively assess lateral hiring needs and support the identification and attraction of qualified lateral attorney candidates.
Provide insights on competitive market activity, candidate movement, and sourcing trends in identified growth markets.
Contribute to the ongoing development of the firm's recruiting brand, messaging, and candidate engagement strategies.
Understand the importance of and have the ability to implement recruiting DEIB initiatives to cultivate a more inclusive and diverse workforce.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum of three years of legal recruiting experience required.
Knowledge of legal employment issues.
Ability to credibly discuss legal markets, practice areas, and career progression with candidates.
Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate professionally and effectively by e-mail, telephone, and in person.
