In addition to being a successful entrepreneur, Darrell served in various executive leadership and general management roles with P&L responsibilities of over $300M in revenue and staff of 180 people for 10 years at Reed Elsevier RELX (LexisNexis), a $9.5 billion information services company.

Prior to Reed Elsevier, he worked at Bain & Company. He engaged on strategy and operational improvement efforts with companies in software, manufacturing, retail and services. He also loved his 3 years with 3M Company (NYSE: MMM) in its prestigious Optimized Operations program working as a chemical engineer and manufacturing engineer on manufacturing improvement projects across the globe. Darrell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Dave Gens was named Chief Financial Officer in 2020, providing global leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting teams, as well as advising on long-term business strategy and financial planning. He has over 20 years of strategic financial and operating leadership experience working with companies to accelerate profitable growth both organically and through acquisition.

As Partner & Senior Vice President of Visionary Innovation of Frost & Sullivan Richard Sear oversees our practice focused on mid to long term growth strategies. Richard works with a team of global consultants that are focused on understanding how future transformative developments will impact them and what may sustain long term growth.

Rick joined Frost and Sullivan as Chief Financial Officer in early 2020, helping reorganize the financial, operational and business structure while leading COVID-19 related business adjustments. In mid-2020 Rick moved into the Chief Commercial Officer role responsible for providing global leadership for the sales, marketing, product porfolio and long term strategy for the organization. He has over 20 years of strategic commercial, operational and financial leadership experience working with companies to accelerate insight-driven profitable growth.
