ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
* Process Consumer Loan and Mortgage Loan payments
* Organize and distribute the Loan Servicing Mail.
* Processes checks by phones E-forms and Debit card payment request.
* Monitors department shared email inbox - including correspondence from both internal and external sources.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for developing, managing, and retaining all level of commercial real estate (CRE) and construction (ADC) lending relationships. * Responsible for sourcing prospects and developing new CRE and ADC customer relationships. This should be done through solid business development activities, including encouraging referrals and repeat business and collaborating with the Team Leader.

Provides fiduciary administration support including the review of trust instruments, participating in matters where the trustee is exercising discretion, managing risk, and conducting periodic trust reviews
Supports investment management accounts including the coordination of opening and closing accounts, money movement, and account maintenance
Engages with clients and prospects to build and transfer wealth tailored to their unique goals, while delivering a high-quality experience
Ensures compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to client accounts and portfolios
Identifies and develops new business opportunities by pursuing new or expanded relationships with existing clients and prospects

POSITION SUMMARY:
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our team and support the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
* Learn and assist with the configuration and maintenance of Encompass settings, including loan templates, input forms, and business rules.
* Help troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate more complex problems to senior team members.
* Support the documentation of workflows, system updates, and training materials.
* Collaborate with team members across departments to understand business needs and help translate them into system updates.
* Participate in testing new features, updates, and integrations within Encompass.
* Assist with user support and training for new staff or system changes.
* Act as backup to Help Desk as needed.
* Contribute to system improvement projects:
* Create proprietary data extract scripts to retrieve Encompass data for other 1st Security Bank of Washington Departments.
* Build, test and document new features, processes, and workflows for loans.
* Design and implement new screens, calculations, and permission structures.
* Write form-based code within Encompass due to custom workflow implementation.
* Assist with Encompass Web development
* Maintain business rules for data entry, workflow progression and regulatory compliance as requested by each business group.
* Assist with researching resolutions and troubleshoot Encompass issues that are escalated from the Help Desk.
* Fulfill special tasks assigned by the manager when needed.
