Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Regional Workload and Ensure our teams perform high-quality work while maximizing regional / company profitability
Ensure Regional Staff is Organized and staff is fully utilized

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related building engineering discipline
12+ years of experience in building engineering, construction and/or commissioning including 7 years of management experience

About the Job:

Essential Functions:
Oversee Design Reviews
Oversee submittal and shop drawing reviews
Oversee periodic site inspections
Testing of exterior envelope systems, both in the field and in laboratory settings.
Review site reports and maintain logs of ongoing project issues.
Provide client support as it relates to the envelope systems.
Responsible for project scheduling and budgets.
Development of project management standards and procedures.
Attend conferences and industry events.
Maintain existing client relationships and assist in new client/project relations.

Essential Qualifications and Attributes:
General understanding of the fundamentals and detailing of various facade types.
Genuine interest in following a project through from design through post occupancy.
Strong interest in being in the field, witnessing envelope systems being installed and tested.
Strong wiring skills, experience in past site report writing is a plus.
Able to adapt quickly and work well with others, especially under tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfort with conveying ideas quickly through note writing and sketching.
Working knowledge of Revit is a plus.

A Commissioning Senior Project Engineer reports to a Team Leader and is responsible for the delivery and execution of our professional services tasks for equipment in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and associated systems. Primary activities include completing office assignments, time and expense management, in-field installation validation, field observation reports and meeting notes, functional performance testing, on-site and factory witness testing, writing of reports and meeting notes, submittal reviews, and design documentation evaluation.
