About the Role
In FTI Consulting's Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment we focus on our clients' strategic, operational, financial, and capital needs by addressing the full spectrum of financial and transactional challenges faced by corporations, boards, private equity sponsors, creditor constituencies and other stakeholders.

What You'll Do
* Responsible for day to day activities of managing consulting projects including leadership and interaction with other team members, professionals from other firms involved in the engagement, and client personnel
* Work closely with our clients to help adopt innovative technology enabled solutions to transform their business operations and fundamentally change the role of Information Technology
* Work with and develop a deep understanding of cloud platforms such Azure, AWS or GCP
* Work with and develop a deep understanding of core technology capability such as ERP, back office applications, network, data, storage, analytics, security
* Perform quantitative analysis and modelling to support technology transformation deliverables
* Prepare PowerPoint presentations and quantitative exhibits for third parties, as necessary, on the project scope, findings and/or results of activities
* Perform practice development activities, time permitting, to develop and grow the practice
* Innovate and create digital first business models and customer experiences

Basic Qualifications

The opportunity
Our Business Tax Advisory practice gives you the opportunity to focus on US Tax - Information Reporting & Withholding. You will work in a group environment on challenging information reporting and withholding engagements across all financial services sectors. We offer the specialization in assisting clients with mission‑critical operational tax issues and customer reporting issues. Specifically, our experienced practitioners work across tax and operations to deliver advice and support throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with colleagues to assist clients in understanding relevant tax rules and implementing changes to their operations, processes, and systems. The IRW team works on challenging information reporting and withholding engagements in the financial services, banking, insurance, and multinational sectors. These engagements will primarily focus on non‑resident alien (NRA) withholding and reporting (IRC Sections 1441 to 1446), FATCA, and domestic withholding and reporting matters. You can expect to work on engagements dealing with the FATCA, cost basis reporting, and various other global compliance and reporting initiatives, such as Common Reporting Standards (CRS). As you progress within EY and our IRW tax team, you will become a trusted business advisor to your clients. As you develop, you will benefit from being led and mentored by nationally recognized tax professionals who include some of the firm's most senior tax talent.
Your key responsibilities
You will interface daily with superiors, peers and subordinates and clients on large and small IRW projects. This could include interpreting IRS Code and Regulations, drafting guidance, data analysis and requirements development that help clients translate and implement these rules. You may conduct a gap analysis of the current state of clients' policies, procedures and systems and write business requirements. You will be part of a team that prepares documentation including presentations and flow charts. You will be involved in technical analysis, process improvement and respond to requests for proposals from clients also.

Active participation in industry groups such as SIFMA, ABA, IIB
The ability to understand and implement tax rules
A demonstrated interest in tax information reporting and withholding work in Chapter 3, Chapter 4 and Chapter 61 or some experience working with these matters

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $96,200 to $158,600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $115,300 to $180,100. Within EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution sub service line, the Tech - Private Equity Value Creation team is a specialized group focused on unlocking growth and operational efficiency for private equity portfolio companies. The team works primarily with PE-backed, SaaS businesses in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector.
Our team partners with management teams to identify critical business challenges, uncover actionable insights, and develop strategic and tactical recommendations, typically supporting execution planning and, in many cases, helping drive implementation. This is a high-impact, fast-paced environment where consultants play a key role in delivering results and shaping client outcomes.
Your key responsibilities
As a Director with EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution Tech - Private Equity Value Creation practice, you will be a vital member of the team leading and executing operational focused projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Own the end-to-end delivery of strategy and execution projects, including scoping, planning, and driving results in high-pressure environments.
Supervise and mentor a team of junior consultants; guide problem-solving efforts and ensure high-quality output.
Manage structured analysis to identify root causes, quantify opportunities, and develop actionable, data-backed recommendations across go-to-market, pricing, customer success, product, and operations.
Build trust with senior stakeholders and communicate complex insights in a clear, compelling manner.
Translate strategy into implementation roadmaps and partner with clients to realize value, often in hands-on, interim leadership or PMO roles.
Play a key role in proposal development, client pitches, and relationship building with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies.
Help scale the PEVC team's knowledge base, capabilities, and market presence through IP development, recruiting, and team-building initiatives.

To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field and 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience.
Experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or operating roles with significant exposure to growth, go-to-market, or operational improvement.
Experience leading complex workstreams or full projects in a fast-paced client service environment.
Deep understanding of financial statements and operational performance metrics.
Deep familiarity with Excel-based modeling, operational diagnostics, and strategic frameworks.
Proven success in building relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft and deliver executive-level presentations.
You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.
The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.
Ideally, you will have
MBA from a top-rated school.
Direct experience with private equity sponsors and/or PE-backed portfolio companies.
Sector experience in TMT, with particular emphasis on B2B SaaS business models.

The Digital Certificates Technology Service (DCTS) team within the Information Security organization at EY is responsible for the engineering, development, and sustainment of digital certificate-based security solutions and encryption technologies that service the global firm.

The Engineering Lead will oversee a team of engineering resources and manage all activities to be delivered by this team. The role serves as a bridge between the business, solution architecture design and IT operations stakeholders to ensure sustainment of the deployed services to meet all security, functional, and operational requirements and maintain the highest degree of service uptime as required by the business.
Your key responsibilities
Primary point of contact for the strategy and best practices in engineering, design execution and aligned management of all complex build activities for specific new or modifications Leading existing features and functions within the DCT services space.
Manage the successful technical delivery of projects and services for our customers by working directly with key business stakeholders, executives and project teams. Securityardiers are the technical lead on initiatives and as such must drive the vision and alignment of the solution delivery.

Support the definition, design, and deployment of enterprise PKI systems to provide new or enhanced services for the business.

Create and maintain system documentation.

About the Role
FTI is seeking an AdTech and Privacy Compliance Architect to support our AdTech & Digital Marketing Risk Management Services team. This individual will help drive our AdTech solution offerings to meet our client's technical development and advisory needs. This client-facing role will work across Web, Marketing, IT, and Privacy Compliance teams to define product architecture, develop front-end suppression, and configure Martech technologies in line with privacy compliance requirements.
What You'll Do
* Engineer front-end tools to capture and analyze cookies, local/session storage, beacons, trackers, and other client-side data flows
* Instrument browsers (via Playwright, Puppeteer, or similar frameworks) to log and replay user journeys
* Reverse-engineer and analyze third-party scripts, trackers, and AdTech payloads
* Build dashboards and developer tools for monitoring network requests and consent signals
* Contribute to backend services (Node.js preferred) to store, process, and enrich captured data
* Collaborate with compliance engineers to detect consent management platform (CMP) behavior and IAB TCF signals
* Continuously optimize monitoring approaches to avoid bot detection and ensure accuracy

What You Will Need to Succeed
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or related fields
* 5+ years of experience in a Front End Engineering role
* Deep Browser Expertise:
* Advanced JavaScript (ES6+), DOM APIs, event handling, and async behavior.
* Understanding of browser storage (cookies, local Storage, session Storage, IndexedDB).
* Strong experience with Chrome DevTools Protocol, Playwright, Puppeteer, or Selenium.
* Knowledge of how iframes, service workers, and beacons operate in the browser.
* Network Traffic Analysis:
* Skilled at inspecting, intercepting, and analyzing HTTP/HTTPS requests and payloads.
* Understanding of CORS, caching, headers, and request lifecycle.
* Familiarity with packet inspection tools (e.g., mitmproxy, Charles, Fiddler).
* Superior communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading client workshops and presentations
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to distill complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders
* Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US for any employer on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience building browser extensions or custom devtools
* Contributions to open-source tools related to network analysis or web automation
* Familiarity with bot detection and evasion techniques
* AdTech/Compliance Knowledge:
* Experience with consent management platforms (OneTrust, TrustArc).
* Familiarity with IAB TCF, GDPR/CCPA requirements, and privacy tech.
* Understanding of how AdTech trackers, tags, and programmatic systems operate.
* Backend & Data Handling
* Experience with Node.js or Python for automation and backend services.
* Familiarity with REST APIs, WebSockets, and data storage (SQL/NoSQL).
* Comfortable designing data pipelines to store and query large volumes of network data.
