Responsibilities include packing and sorting medications, preparing totes for delivery, assisting with record-keeping, handling shipments, and maintaining pharmacy cleanliness. This role requires adherence to Pharmacy Board regulations and department policies. Preferred candidates have pharmacy operations knowledge, are organized, can multitask, and work independently. Job Responsibilities: * Packing completed medications for shipment to stores * Scanning completed packages into totes * Delivering/receiving totes from delivery drivers * Packaging products * Putting large orders away * Unpacking and organizing incoming merchandise, including sorting items that require special handling * Stocking shelves in the pharmacy * Process outgoing/incoming store to store drug transfers * Maintaining and cleaning equipment, work areas, and shelves * Removing trash * Notifying the pharmacist of any problems or malfunctions of equipment * Promoting teamwork and working as a team * Loading and transporting totes using a pallet jack to the loading area and assisting drivers with loading and unloading vehicles. * Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
