Pros of working at FuelCell Energy

Nothing

Cons of working at FuelCell Energy

This company celebrates diversity by hiring Foreigners for extremely low wages. They come under trained but willing to accept the low pay, so it fits the company profile of low pay for the workers and high pay for executives. The company does mass layoffs every 3 or so years. Their products are Inferior. Most capital projects are late. No one works as a team. No one seems to actually care. There is no guidance. So, if you don’t actually care about doing a good job, don’t mind low pay, and willing to be laid off every couple of years, this is the place for you.

FuelCell Energy benefits

You don’t actually have to work here. Come in and take as many smoke breaks as you want.
