Working closely with the Marketing Operations Manager and cross-functional teams, you'll drive demand generation and brand engagement through expertise in marketing automation, paid media, campaign execution, and strong project management skills. Job Responsibilities * Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, and webinars. * Build automated email sequences, landing pages, and lead capture forms using Marketo * Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies with sales teams. * Coordinate end-to-end webinar execution, including presenter management, registration setup, promotional campaigns, and post-event nurturing. * Execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn, monitoring performance and optimizing for ROI, manage social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. * Oversee print materials and branded merchandise, ensuring brand consistency. * Work with the Creative and Brand Manager to coordinate multimedia production for leadership content, event coverage, and promotional videos, assist in planning and executing regional trade shows, conferences, and corporate events. * Coordinate vendor relationships, booth materials, and promotional items, manage event registrations, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up (lead handoff to sales). * Track and report event ROI through attendance data, lead capture metrics, and feedback analysis, monitor lead sources, campaign performance, and marketing-influenced pipeline from initial touchpoint to closed opportunities, create regular reports on pre-qualified leads, conversion rates, ROI, and marketing contribution to the sales pipeline. * Process purchase orders and invoices for marketing vendors, events, and sponsorships (~80+ annually), reconcile expense reports and track budget allocations across marketing initiatives handle ad-hoc marketing requests, including list segmentation, promotional materials, and campaign reporting. * Other duties as assigned. Assist driller/CPT operator in the daily field/yard operations of the rig. i.e. handling drill pipe, mixing drill mud, and use of other equipment. Job Responsibilities * Lead by example and place Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and the protection of the Environment as core values while never intentionally placing employees, our processes, customers, or the communities in which we live and work at risk. * Observe and follow all company safety rules and procedures. * Support and encourage continuous improvement of the company's processes, including safety program and quality management system. * Assist in the mobilization of drilling rigs and/or cone trucks for jobs as directed. The noise level in the fieldwork environment varies and can be loud when working around equipment. Additionally, the field environment can be dusty, windy, wet, cold, or hot depending on the time of year and work location. State and local filings. * Ability to monitor and interpret changes in tax laws and regulations, and implement necessary updates to payroll processes. * Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data validation) * Possess strong working knowledge of computers and fluent in a variety of software applications (including but not limited to MS Office) * Advanced knowledge of Windows operating system, including but not limited to Windows 7 * Proficiency in Workday Payroll and Deltek Vantagepoint 7.0 a plus. Job Responsibilities Talent Strategy & Leadership Lead by example and place Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and the protection of the Environment as core values while never intentionally placing employees, our processes, customers, or the communities in which we live and work at risk. Partner with global and regional leadership to design and execute the Americas talent vision and strategy, aligned with business goals. Lead a team across Talent Management and Talent Acquisition, driving performance, engagement, and capability building to meet evolving business needs. Champion and enable team development and opportunities for growth. Talent Acquisition Oversee regional Talent Acquisition strategy, scaling capabilities and optimizing resources. Embed key analytics in workforce strategic planning and recruitment effectiveness evaluations. In partnership with the Talent Acquisition team in North America, guide initiatives such as campus recruiting, partnerships with universities and trade schools, and other business-specific programs. Talent & Performance Management Own core people processes, including performance management, development planning, and talent planning. Further enhance succession planning strategy and needs. Facilitate executive-level talent reviews and educate stakeholders on Fugro's talent planning framework and philosophy. Leadership & Career Development Assess leadership development needs and design fit-for-purpose resources leveraging Fugro's leadership model. Build innovative career development tools to engage employees and promote cross-training, and support internal mobility through regional talent councils and forums. Learning & Capability Building Implement global learning programs in the Americas region, including participant selection and facilitation where needed. Partner with global learning team to identify capability gaps and determine regional approaches. Collaborate with Commercial Excellence leaders to deploy programs that enhance commercial capabilities. Data & Insights Define and execute assessment strategies (e.g., 360s, leadership potential). Use data and analytics to evaluate talent bench strength, capability gaps and program effectiveness. Leverage engagement data, trends and needs to drive initiatives across the region. Talent Communications & Branding Actively participate in external forums to strengthen Fugro's employer brand and adopt talent best practices. Support the Head of HR with leadership communications (i.e. Townhalls, Executive Updates, etc.) and strategic organizational development projects. Job Requirements Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions. Posses a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required. Have 8 years of progressive experience in HR, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Learning & Development. Proven experience building and leading teams. Strategic mindset with high learning agility, proactive approach, and ability to drive change. Strong influencing and collaboration skills; comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and leveraging data. Excellent presentation and storytelling skills. Preferred Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field. Working knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus. What's in it for you?
