Job Description
Key responsibilities for this role include:
* Ensures facility documentation control and training requirements per ISO (9001/14001/45001) and regulatory standards are in compliance.
* Revises, maintains, and creates documents, monitors due dates, assigns updates to departments, provides administrative support for documents, create/send out reports and publishes documents into Compliant Pro (CPro)
* Functions as the CPro Training Module Administrator for the Mesa site. Assists with implementation of other CPro modules, as assigned
* Maintains department training and task certification records, including support for Quality/EHS/HR requested training rolled out monthly per training schedules.
* Maintains hard copy and electronic training documentation and helps with maintaining record retention programs.
* Maintains task certification tests and test question banks current in CPro
* Support Internal/External (Customer) audits from a document control/training perspective
* Assist with new hire training orientation and creation/updates of Quality/EHS training modules
* Subject matter expert and employee supportive role for systems related to training and document control
* All other reasonable duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
* HS Diploma and 3 years of document control/training administrator experience or equivalent required. A two-year degree and 1 year of experience preferred.
* Prior supervisory experience leading a manufacturing operator team a plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must have the ability to communicate professionally at all levels of the organization
* Excellent computer skills to include proficiency in Office 365 products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) required
* Prior experience with SAP a plus
* CPro, Lotus Notes, or other Computer Based Training system a plus
* The ability to effectively participate in meetings and trainings with participants at all levels of the organization
* Familiarity with ISO:9001 documentation and training requirements a plus
* Internal auditing experience a plus
* At least five years of experience in a manufacturing environment; chemical plant or semiconductor organization preferred.

* Responsible for applied research & development and commercialization of new post etch cleaners and selective etchants for advanced IC technologies.

* Understanding Si wafer device processing in wet processing tool operation and process implementation.

Job Description
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Maintain existing business and acquire new business profitably for existing and new product lines. The local area manager is a conduit to the rest of the organization and the Global Account Manager. They will escalate critical supply line issues to GAM and keep management appropriately informed.
Job includes using appropriate systems for samples, price entry, material returns, as well as customer systems for managing forecast reviews, communication of customer material forecasts and long-term forecasts. The successful individual will drive flawless change management with the customer through cross functional groups, to minimize disruption in supply chain. Ensure FFEM is familiar the customer systems for change management, quality incident and white paper requirements.
The individual should possess strong leadership and team building skills and be capable of integrating well with GAM, other US accounts managers, operations, and business teams.
The position will be based at the key customer location in Oregon or at an FFEM plant site. The job will require significant travel to customers and FFEM manufacturing sites.
REQUIREMENTS
* A minimum of a technical BS degree with an advanced degree (MS, PhD) preferable in Chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science or a related discipline.

Under the guidance of dCMC Regulatory Authoring Leadership, the Associate Principal Scientist, Regulatory Authoring Business Owner, will optimize regulatory authoring processes and enhance data management by working with the business areas to define the optimal route to digitize the authoring of regulatory filing sections. The applicant will work closely with the cross-functional team to develop and implement the digital solution, prioritizing those features that provide the most value to the business area scientists across initial market applications, clinical submissions, and post approval supplements. In addition, the applicant will work with the extended team to develop data governance principles to ensure scalability and continued success of the developed solution.
**The responsibilities of the dCMC Business Owner include:**
+ **Roadmap Definition and Ownership** : Working with Digital CMC and business stakeholders, the business owner will identify the sections, plan discovery activities with the business areas, and project deliverables into a roadmap spanning clinical, first market, and post approval submissions across the pipeline. Plan and implement effective professional and patient education programs.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the MS/neurology medical community with a high science approach focused on identifying needs and providing solutions.
Location: Field sales with a territory that encompasses the entire state of Arizona. Some overnight travel may be required.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any subject area
5+ years sales experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry with demonstrated success in sales performance
A valid and active driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of sales experience calling on Neurologists, preferably in the multiple sclerosis space.
Maintain personal level of accountability and ownership of results.
Self-motivated and thrives with change.
Proven ability to communicate and collaborate across teams in successful pursuit of goals.
Experience in MS, neurology, CNS or specialty biologics markets.
Scientific or clinical background.
Strong technical proficiency with experience selling in a virtual environment using digital tools.
Knowledge of managed care and reimbursement systems and experience with pull-through strategies.
Able to support multiple tasks, initiatives, and projects simultaneously.

Pay Range for this position: $144,300 - $216,500
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Job Description
Key responsibilities for this role include:
* Support CMP Pilot plant and LVM MFG batch process.
* Product builds which include raw material charging and monitoring process tanks
* Prepare new drums and totes for filling, including labeling.
* Fill and package drums and totes.
* Sample and test production material.
* Obtain forklift certification and perform material handling operations as assigned.
* Maintain accurate documentation for products, intermediates, downpacks and relabels, as required by standard operating procedures, including manual and electronic logs, forms, and labels.
* Must be capable of making necessary mechanical connections for tank systems.
* Communicate equipment status and outages to the supervision, as needed for correct, safe operation. Assist maintenance to troubleshoot and operate equipment for repair activities.
* Maintain job associated certifications and tasks above the basic level. Maintain EHS and other facility training current.
* Assist with operational, quality, and safety reviews, as assigned.
* Down-pack and/or relabel products into totes, drums/pails as needed to support customer requirements.
* Conduct sample shipments as needed to support customers, FFMT, FETW, FEKR or others.
* Execute special projects to support CMP HVM, Wet Lab and others.
