Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
* Responsible for the selection and hiring of Shipping staff of approximately 4 - 8 people directing their activities, and evaluating their performance.
* Plan, organize and direct Shipping activities to ensure order fulfillment with 100% customer satisfaction. In collaboration with the Warehouse Supervisor, oversee efficient operation of warehouse and transportation functions, including storage, delivery, equipment maintenance, and safety.
* Assure inventory accuracy on all finished goods by conducting daily cycle counts. Analyze and research discrepancies and provide resolutions. Provide support to other departments to improve their cycle count programs.
* Develop recommendations on additional stocking and distribution locations needed to support growing worldwide business. Provide training and on-going support to new warehouse locations.
* Develop, implement and monitor standard operating procedures for warehousing and shipping activities.
* Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing performance feedback. Train, coach, take disciplinary action when needed and provide recognition to employees to achieve continuous improvement.
* Develop and implement action plans for technology improvements and process changes to improve productivity and quality.
* Plan future requirements for Shipping personnel, facilities, and equipment by evaluating Shipping productivity, projected product volumes, and product mix.
* Exhibit a strong sense of safety and of enforcing safe work practices. Ensure that FDA, ISO, OSHA and DOT standards for warehousing, distribution and employee safety are met.
* Responsible and accountable for carrying out the requirements of the company's quality system.
Knowledge/Experience:
* Associates degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Operations Management; APICS certification; or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 4 years-related supervisory experience preferably in a warehouse/distribution environment.
* Some experience/background in regional/national/international transportation management preferred.
* Demonstrated expertise in inventory control/accuracy processes.
* Working knowledge of warehouse management systems. Knowledgeable in all aspects of shipping, order fulfillment, logistics, and distribution.
* Proven experience in process improvement and productivity achievement.
* Solid knowledge and understanding of warehouse management software.
* Experience in developing and implementing warehouse policies and procedures in an FDA or ISO quality system.
Skills/Abilities:

The Sr. Database Solution Development & Data Management Engineer role is to develop and support the embedded applications for Fujifilm Sonosite Flagship products. The position will implement complex data management strategies for medical devices and policies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security. She/he creates and maintains the system's database schema, data dictionaries, data models for efficient data storage and retrieval, and finally collaborates with all her/his peers to ensure that the data access and duplication rules are followed.The engineer participates as a high-level technical expert in planning, designing, developing, coding, and debugging new software or enhancements to existing software. The engineer collaborates closely with other members of the Software team as well as with other functional teams and with project managers to execute projects on schedule.

* Analyze/harmonize disparate data sets into canonical models for analysis and operations
* Plan, design, and execute the process of moving data between device and client systems for the Data migration design
* Develop code and data pipelines to ingest relational databases, file shares, web services, and real-time streams

Knowledge and Experience:

* Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering or related degree (master's degree preferred) from an ABET accredited institution.
* 7+ years' combined experience in SW development
* 5+ years programming experience with C++, C# experience is preferred
* Experience with XML or JSON data modeling
* Experience with managing database scripts in Git/Git Flow/Bitbucket and modern source code management methodology
* Knowledge of database architecture and performance implications
* Familiarity with embedded databases such as SQLite, SQL Express, Mongodb
* Demonstrated experience in development/maintenance of robust yet efficient data access layer to fully support application CRUD
* Demonstrated expertise with object-oriented design and data driven design principles
* Strong knowledge of data management principles, methodologies, and best practices
* Familiarity with data modeling and metadata management concepts
* Expertise in ETL (Extraction-Translation-Loading) solutions for upload / download / translation of native data into a variety of transfer formats is preferred
* Experience with embedded operating systems including Windows embedded and Microsoft software development tools (Visual Studio) is desired
* Experience with ISO, FDA, or other regulated product development environments strongly desired

**General Responsibilities:**

Review and evaluate patterns for products purchased and prescribed, outpatient vs in-patient infusion, as part of hospital contract, etc.
+ Demonstrate ability to understand complex account interdependencies in order to develop both short- and long-term account plans in conjunction with a wide array of stakeholders, proactively working with the account team and supervisor (known as the Customer Team Leader) to effectively execute the account plan. Share learnings and best-practices from one customer to help other customers meet their needs.

* Work closely with other Regulatory Compliance team members to review proposed and final standards and product regulatory changes for technical impact to products.

Fujifilm Sonosite is seeking a Reliability Engineer to support R&D Systems Engineering developing Point-of-Care ultrasound medical devices in Bothell, Washington. As an individual contributor, you will support the entire lifecycle of ultrasound systems, including transducers and accessories. This position will be a champion and focal point on new product development teams using a Design for Reliability (DfR) approach starting early in the design process to ensure designs are robust to customer use, environmental stress, and service-life duration. Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
* Work hand in hand with the Program Management, Product Management, and discipline leads to ensure the overall product/solution system integrity from concept to end of life of the product, including meeting all expectations from major stakeholders like Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, regulatory bodies, and Servicing, in addition to customers and patients.
* Support competitive benchmarking analyses to drive ongoing product improvements and enhancements.
* Collaborate with Product Management to develop reliability goals for future products.
* Allocate reliability goals to lower levels (subsystem, components).
* Develop appropriate test plans and determine preliminary reliability assessments and estimates.
* Lead and conduct reliability testing programs to mitigate high-risk areas of the design and demonstrate product reliability prior to product launch, including accelerated life testing.
* Participate in risk management activities, FMEA, and safety risk assessments to mitigate risks and design for reliability.
* Work within a cross-functional team to weigh cost factors, resolve technical conflicts, and align on paths forward.
* Create, review, and release reliability documentation, including analysis reports, test reports, and summary reports.
* Teach Design for Reliability strategies and methods to engineering teams who will help implement them.
* Gather and encourage lessons learned from NPI projects and marketed product performance.
* Engage with User Interface, Hardware Engineering, Product Management, Clinical Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and V&V teams to ensure stakeholders' needs are addressed in the reliability program.
* Keep abreast of new developments in relevant technological domains.
* Advise on change requests for system and related products.
Knowledge/Experience:
* BS in relevant engineering, statistics, or data analysis field (MS degree preferred).
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in a medical or other regulated industry (medical desired), with experience leading or supporting Design for Reliability efforts for product development.
* Expertise in reliability software tools, such as Reliasoft, Weibull++, Minitab.
* Experience with the following standards is preferred, but not required: ISO 14971, IEC 60601-1, IEC 60601-2-37.
* In-depth understanding of both hardware and software for integrated products, including a strong understanding of reliability assessments and Design for Reliability programs for PCBA designs.
* Strong understanding of safety risk management, including FMEA, fault tree, hazard analyses, and design mitigations.
* Experience creating reliability plans, teaching reliability principles to team members, and implementing a Design for Reliability program within a cross-functional team.
* Experience in designing and assessing compliance to national/international standards.
* Experience with designing fault-tolerant systems.
* Demonstrated leadership skills leading cross-functional Reliability programs
