We are searching for a proven corporate Media Relations & Issues/Crisis, Senior Manager, with a demonstrated track record of managing strategic long-term planning as well as the daily Media Relations & Issues/Crisis operations of a Corporate Communications function and progressive achievement to work in a fast-paced shared services environment. The incumbent will help shape and execute Fujifilm's Media Relations strategy as well as Issues & Crisis Management communications in the Americas.
This results-driven role is accountable for developing and executing a proactive Media Relations strategy around Fujifilm's transformation as well as supporting corporate Issues & Crisis initiatives to build, protect, and defend the Fujifilm brand in the Americas. The individual leader will be responsible for serving as a trusted advisor and collaborator with key business partners in the Americas (Investor Relations, Government Affairs, HR, and other functions) to formulate and communicate Fujifilm's position on corporate initiatives and policies and manage corporate issues - ensuring that resulting articles are grounded in facts and include Fujifilm's perspective alongside other stakeholder perspectives.
The ideal candidate will bring deep media expertise, trusted relationships with top-tier media outlets, and bold storytelling instincts, along with the ability to simplify complex corporate topics. This highly visible incumbent should possess exceptional writing skills with an ability to draft external communications materials, messaging, statements, and other communications in a speedy and efficient manner in response to real-time inquiries and issues. This role will work cross-functionally to identify executive visibility and external engagement opportunities. This critical role will report to the Head of External & Internal Communications in the Americas and consistently engage with senior leadership in the Americas.

Job Description
Position Responsibilities
The Media Relations & Issues/Crisis, Senior Manager will play a key leadership role as a member of the Corporate Communications team- including strategizing, developing, and executing a range of timely Media Relations and Issues/Crisis programs in the Americas.
Responsibilities and accountabilities include:
Lead the development and execution of proactive Media Relations strategies that support Fujifilm's transformation, including major events such as the JPM Healthcare Conference, C-suite media engagement, and other corporate initiatives in the Americas.
Partner with Investor Relations to identify and elevate key insights from financial engagements for external media opportunities.
Serves as a primary point of contact for all top-tier media inquiries in the Americas for Fujifilm related to corporate and financial topics - ensuring timely, consistent and accurate responses aligned with key business partners.
Actively cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with top-tier media, trade publications, and DC-based outlets to advance awareness of Fujifilm's corporate narrative.
Lead earned media activations that reinforce Fujifilm's transformation - from Film to Pharma --- and reinforce Fujifilm's corporate reputation and brand positioning, including media sponsorships.
Collaborate with Government Affairs to ensure strategic alignment and amplification.
Provide strategic counsel on external engagements such as conferences, panels and sponsorships - ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and identifying media opportunities to amplify key messages --- especially on critical Fujifilm opportunities like Life Sciences & Semiconductors.
Leverage data-driven insights and external benchmarking to assess and refine media strategies, optimizing for reach, engagement, and reputational impact.
Develop and refine media-facing materials such as news releases, fact sheets, talking points to ensure clarity, accessibility and alignment with audience needs.
Exhibit exceptional strategic writing capabilities in crafting corporate messages, standby statement, executive talking points, and briefing materials, with the innate ability to independently generate high quality content
Deliver media training and coaching to Senior Leaders - preparing them to confidently and effectively represent Fujifilm in high-profile and public engagements.
Collaborate closely with internal teams - Government Affairs, HR and other stakeholders as needed to define Fujifilm's position on significant corporate and policy topics and ensure Fujifilm's positioning is accurately reflected in external communications.
Organize and manage the daily operations of media relations in the Americas.
Foster external and internal relationships with influential stakeholders across Life Sciences, business, and technology.
Ensure the Corporate Communications Issues & Crisis Communications Playbook is activated and updated per processes to best protect and defend the reputation of Fujifilm in the Americas.
Effectively manage budgeted resources
Regularly measure and report on communications performance using defined metrics.
Required Skills/Education:
10+ years of demonstrated professional Communications experience, including a combination of professional journalism and corporate Media Relations business environment are required, including demonstrated business success in working closely with senior leaders (i.e. Vice President and above.)
5+ years of proven ability to lead and deliver Media Relations & Issues/Crisis programs that drive visibility and engagement, with the goal of delivering measurable results.
Experience in Life Sciences/healthcare highly preferred.
Exceptional writing and editing skills that allow you to be prolific, speedy, and consistent across channels and assets
Exceptional communicator with strong attention to detail skills
Strong knowledge and understanding of emerging trends
Deep understanding of media monitoring and social media listening tools
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet daily deadlines, a proven master of AP Style
Demonstrated capability to distill complex data and research into clear, compelling content

Change order and general construction administration.
Manage third party testing, inspection, and relationships.

Required Education Skills and Experience

15+ years of progressively responsible job site experience working on industrial building projects (strongly preferrable in the Food & Beverage Industry).
15+ years of working with sub-contractors (motivating them, working through sub-contractors' issues, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to drive project schedules.
15+ years of building or sustaining client relationships.
Strong technical, organizational, managerial, and communication skills involving multiple disciplines, drawings and being competent using 3D models.
7+ years of Design-build experience (preferred).
Refined, polished, and professional in all forms of communication.
A fundamental understanding of all phases of construction and an ability to read and interpret construction documents and schedules, specifically with MS Project.
Meet Travel requirement - Up to 100% travel to projects throughout the USA and possibly Canada

Growing out of engagement with the 2021‑2024 Synod on Synodality, the sixteen‑university network housed at Loyola University Chicago's Institute of Pastoral Studies seeks to cultivate synodal leadership across Catholic Higher Education nationally, in close conversation with local dioceses and international partners, including the Holy See. The Director serves as the executive officer for the CENTERS Initiative, ensuring that collaborative projects, fellowships, convenings, communications, evaluation, and budgeting proceed on schedule, and reflect synodal principles. Other responsibilities include developing and aligning with the consensus of the Steering and Leadership Committees, liaising with Lilly Endowment, overseeing day‑to‑day operations, coordinating the inter‑institutional network, and driving strategic planning and implementation for all grant‑supported activities. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Governance

Teaching & Academic Integration

Summary:In 2013, the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine established the Gulf Research Program (GRP) to enhance energy system safety and the protection of human health and the environment in the Gulf Coast region and other U.S. outer continental shelf areas. JOB SUMMARY:
This position is for a Program Officer (PO) for the GRP's Energy Unit, the Future of Gulf Energy Systems (FuGES). The PO is responsible for developing and managing one or more research programs or projects that align with the mission of the Gulf Research Program (GRP) in accordance with the GRP's Strategic Plan and the settlement agreement. The incumbent develops program activities and ensures that they meet objectives, timelines, and budget. Appoints and manages committees/panels and serves as staff liaison between committee/panel members, the GRP, and the National Academies. The PO position requires skills in project management, problem solving, research, analysis, technical writing, public speaking, meeting facilitation, and proficient oral and written communication with a broad range of audiences.
Successful candidates will have a working knowledge of the Gulf's energy production and transportation landscape, and ideally, experience related to managing oil and gas infrastructure or with State and/or Federal agencies that regulate oil and gas operations. The incumbent will work in a team environment with expert volunteers from outside the institution and internal GRP and National Academies staff in executing programmatic activities, projects, or programs.
The incumbent will oversee FuGES' legacy offshore oil and gas infrastructure workstream. The current objectives of this workstream are to: 1) advance regional understanding of the scale, impact, and risks associated with legacy oil and gas infrastructure, 2) advance risk assessment methodologies and tools to evaluate the potential environmental, public health, and economic hazards from abandoned wells, pipelines, and/or platforms, 3) build scientific understanding of environmental impacts associated with legacy oil and gas infrastructure, and 4) support cross-sector dialogue and collaboration among multi-state regulators, industry, researchers, non-profits, and communities. Types of projects the incumbent may oversee include fostering a community of practice to facilitate knowledge transfer among governmental entities, industry, non-profits, academia, and other groups around legacy offshore oil and gas infrastructure in the Gulf region; and developing funding opportunities to support the creation of inventories of legacy offshore oil and gas infrastructure in the Gulf region, as well as monitoring and modeling tools to assess environmental emissions associated with such infrastructure.

7) Collaborates with experts and sponsors from federal, state, and local government agencies, foundations, academia, and other organizations. Represents the unit, the GRP, and the National Academies within and outside the National Academies.
8) Ensures that projects proceed within budget and on schedule, as per the statement of work and project design. Collaborates with financial staff to ensure compliance.
9) Conducts background research on topics for new studies, programs, or activities. Prepares background papers and technical summaries. Develops written products (e.g., reports, proceedings, white papers). Drafts and edits materials for publication. For studies and other applicable programs, synthesizes and edits research findings and technical data and determines the relevance of data for purposes of activity.
10) Where applicable, works with GRP Communications team to create and maintain materials, web sites, and social media channels to provide interest groups with information generated from and for activities.

The Development Project Manager will support and manage a diverse portfolio of real estate development projects within Barkley Village, overseeing initiatives from conception through completion. This role supports partnership transactions as well as internal land and building development efforts, all aligned with the company's long-term vision for Barkley Village. Success in this role requires strong project management capabilities, technical expertise, financial analysis skills, and clear, effective communication.
What you will be doing:
* Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring performance to schedules, budgets, and Talbot design quality standards.
* Bid and scope vendors, and prepare cost estimates and manage budgets.
* Negotiate terms of agreements and manage contract processing.
* Manage design processes for land development and building design.
* Schedule and run project design meetings.
* Maintain detailed records and KPIs to objectively measure project performance against goals.
* Manage project-related files, records, and data.
What we would like to see from you:
* Bachelor's degree in construction management, real estate development, architecture, engineering, finance, or a related field.
* Minimum five years of experience in real estate development, construction management, or land development.
* Experience with financial underwriting, land transactions, entitlements, and permits.
* Familiarity with current construction and project management software programs.
* Technical skills to interpret construction methods, contracts, and architectural and engineering drawings.
* Exceptional organizational, multitasking abilities, time and project management skills, and proven ability to meet deadlines.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an Associate Project Manager for our Phoenix, AZ office. The Associate Project Manager is a construction professional responsible for supporting the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in the performance of their duties. Primary responsibilities include the maintenance of all project correspondence and documentation; safe, economic, and timely project completion; and development of interpersonal and technical skills necessary for successful project management. On small or less complex projects, the Associate Project Manager may serve as the Project Manager responsible for coordinating the design and construction processes, including periodic supervisory review of schedules, project status, progress, and cost projections.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Safety First:
Work with the safety department to have working knowledge of the federal OSHA standards that apply to the project(s).
Perform a preliminary jobsite hazard analysis along with ongoing jobsite safety review walks and review them with the Superintendent and Regional General Superintendent or Field Coordinator.
Support the project management team in providing the labor, materials, equipment, and other resources necessary to perform each project safely.
Project Pursuit, as requested:
Participate in select client sales meetings with Project Manager.
Prepare conceptual and detailed estimates for review with supervisor.
Participate in owner contract negotiations and contract exhibit development with Project Manager.
Pre-Construction Production:
Assist with and/or manage the design aspects of assigned projects, ensuring budget, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction criteria are met.
Monitor the preparation of proposal and working drawings for assigned project.
Assist with writing detailed specifications and submittal log development.
Support the subcontractor bidding process with bid package development, coordination of bid reviews and writing subcontractor award recommendations.
Review construction and shop drawings, facilitate shop drawing review process.
Construction Management:
Assist with and/or manage the construction and close-out of assigned projects, ensuring budget, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction criteria are met.
Collaborate with job site Superintendent in reviewing drawings, budgets, schedules, and other project-related matters on a regular basis.
Coordinate, document and distribute minutes for various weekly project team meetings.
Confer with supervisor while reviewing schedule updates, cost expenditure, and client sales decisions when necessary.
Share job cost responsibility through monitoring budgets and schedules, resolving problems, and reporting cost projections to supervisor on a monthly or more frequent basis.
Negotiate owner change orders.
Negotiate, write (with Project Coordinator), and approve subcontracts and change orders for Project Manager review.
Work with governmental agencies to aid project success or resolve job problems as needed.
Project Management Skill Development
Demonstrate effective teamwork and the establishment of successful interpersonal relationships with co-workers and other disciplines within the company.
Strive to optimize team effectiveness and help coordinate project team.
Initiate and document meetings to keep supervisor informed of project status and progress.
Acquire understanding of building code and design.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related area.
Prior construction-project management of field related experience, preferably design-build delivery with time spent on commercial, multi-family or industrial buildings.
Knowledge of basic accounting, budgeting, and cost allocation procedures.
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently and independently.
Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to work productively and collaborate with others, lead projects, use available resources effectively, establish priorities, and demonstrate progress toward acquiring Project Manager skills and abilities.
