We are seeking a Layer 2/Layer 3 networking professional to help lead the growth of our Edge Transport business. Focused on candidates with expertise in packet technology trends, ability to understand edge transport market requirements, and experience working with sales and external customers. Key Responsibilities
* Planner for multiple products within Edge Transport portfolio and broader ecosystem.
* Lead planning effort to onboard new offerings, from business assessment to securing roadmap commitment.
* Manage existing and identify new ecosystem partners to fulfill customer opportunities.
* Seek out potential partnerships to improve 1Finity's commercial positioning where applicable.
* Explore business model/commercials that enhance FNC's value and drive incremental Edge Transport business.
* Team technical SME (subject matter expert) helping manage customer field issues and satisfaction, as needed.
* Support customer positioning and RFPs via establishing the best application, BOM, and feature set required to win business.
* Ensure value proposition of Edge Transport is promoted and updated to support revenue growth and market expansion.

* Support industry trade shows, as needed.
* Lead sales enablement training and material creation to strengthen knowledge base across Sales Organization.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in technical area, advanced degree beneficial in either technical or business area
* 10+ years industry experience in routing and packet transport for xHaul, IPoDWDM, Broadband Aggregation
* Strategic/Product Planning experience in translating market technical requirements into application and roadmap planning.
* Need strong communication and organizational skills as well as being resourceful and collaborative by nature.
* Strong interpersonal skills working with internal groups, end customers, and external partners.
* Strong presentation skills a plus.
* Willing to travel, as necessary, up to 20% of the time.

* Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, or OVH), including infrastructure provisioning and operational support. Proficiency with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, with experience supporting containerized workloads in production.
* Practical experience applying modern DevSecOps practices, including Infrastructure as Code, Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible. Master of scripting languages (Python, Bash) and programming languages for creating automation scripts.
* Knowledge of monitoring and managing system integrity with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, etc. Experience working in Agile development environments, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver incremental, high-quality solutions.

Total Target Cash (TTC) 114,000.00 - 198,360.00 USD Annual
