Key Responsibilities • Hang parts on the line, making sure hooks and spacers are in the right places. • Take finished parts off the line without scratching the new coating. • Prep parts-wash, blow off, tape, and plug holes so paint sticks only where needed. • Sort parts by job ticket, count them, and mark any missing or damaged items. • Shrink‑wrap or box coated parts for shipping. • Drive a forklift to move raw and finished parts safely. • Keep racks, tools, and work area clean; sweep floors and empty trash. • Follow work orders, labels, and color codes so each order stays together. • Tell the supervisor about line jams, part defects, or low supplies right away.
