Position OverviewThe Team Lead is responsible for providing on-demand support for FMC processors as well as coaching, training, and mentoring new hires, auditing processing for quality assurance. Additionally, the Team Lead assists Leadership with overseeing FMC operations to ensure that service level agreements, key performance indicators, and objectives are met consistently.
A successful candidate must be a self-starter with good judgment, who is able to work independently as well as collaboratively with individuals/teams, with a focus on service quality and attention to detail, operational efficiency, and compliance with organizational/departmental policies and procedures.
The Team Lead should be available to work any shift during hours of operation and outside of department hours as necessary.
Essential Responsibilities· Provides on-demand support, direction, monitoring, and coaching to employees within FMC processing, problem resolution, and policy and procedure changes.
· Reviewing and scoring FMC processing interactions in accordance with quality assurance guidelines. Including managing volume targets, reporting, and analyzing outcomes
· Serves an additional point of contact for FMC processing and operational issues.
· Creates and delivers both new hires and upskill training.
· Creates and maintains knowledge base articles and reference materials
· Provide feedback on operational policies, procedures, processes, and reference materials to the Leadership Team.

Qualifications· High School diploma or GED
· Minimum of six months experience with coaching, mentoring, or leading others
· Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and act with a sense of urgency to meet assigned deadlines in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities
· Strong interpersonal, decision-making, organizational, and conflict management skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Demonstrated skills with attention to detail and time management
· Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify, resolve, and or escalate issues to the appropriate individual(s) or department(s)
