The impact you'll make:
The Manager of Fleet Fulfillment contributes to the company's success by overseeing the activities of the Fleet Processing Department. This leadership role is responsible for a department of 30+ staff and will handle various reporting including Capacity Planning, In-bound / Outbound Production for initial title registration, Vehicle Renewals Management / Fulfillment, and other duties as assigned.
What you'll do:
Lead the team in daily stand ups to motivate and outline clear direction of activities and goals Coach, train, and assist in growing skills of the Supervisors and other Leads within the department through Individual Development Plans or Training Programs. Manage the capacity planning for the department to ensure appropriately staffed based on forecasted volumes. Respond and trouble-shoot inquiries from multiple locations via phone and e-mail. Ensure any backlog is managed and cleared in timely manner. Monitor and assist field research for New cars w/ No MSO, New cars Not yet Registered, Pre-Owned / Used Not Registered. Provide tax and DMV audit reporting as requested; vendors, states or Tax Department and monitor the IRP monthly. Initiate SOPs and conduct Kaizen's and continuous improvements while mapping and updating as changes occur.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's Degree. 5+ years of experience in leadership and organizational skills as well as knowledge of rental or fleets and/or the automotive industry. 3+ years of experience in DMV Rules, Regs for Title and Registration. 1+ years of experience working for a 3rd Party Vendor EVR Management and Systems company such as CVR, AVRS, DealerTrack, Vitu or other with intimate knowledge of how the systems work. 3+ years of experience working in a Dealership environment and knowledge of DMS systems. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of company personnel and vendors. Must be comfortable with pulling data from systems, internet and compiling various types of facts, data and performing analysis. Ability to set priorities as well as handle multiple tasks. Detail oriented, must be very accurate and able to pay attention to details. Must be highly proficient in MS office/Excel/Word/ PPT and other reporting tools.
